I really love great customer service, knowing it's a small business, located in my doctor's office that I really love and trust!! Rob the owner for Sury Optical is very knowledgeable about what he is providing to his clients and cares! Whatever fits your budget and is not trying to sell you more expensive glasses! I felt comfortable in looking at the options I had, asking questions and received the best glasses for me at a great price! Rob explained what Medicare would cover what they would not why, and how it works! I had no clue! Thank you!

This morning I broke my prescription sun glasses. I can't live without them. In panic mode I called Rob Sury at Sury Optical. He is normally closed on Wednesday but he was there helping another client with broken glasses. He told me to come right in. Within minutes he had greated me with a smile, fixed by glasses and told me no charge this time. I have been going to Sury Optical for over 10 years and I have ALWAYS been given excellent service and pricing. Way to go Rob!
