Dr. Spero J. Kinnas, MD

I had a visit today and forgot my insurance card. I was going to have a copy emailed to the office. However. the rude receptionist informed me that I need the card. Moreover, the receptionist offended me by making several insidious comments. Dr. Siavelis is a great O.D, but I will not visit that office again. The receptionist is a disgrace to the business. Therefore, I give a one star rating for customer service.

By far one of the best eye exams I have ever had. Dr. Siavelis and her team here at Westchester eye surgeons do a phenomenal job. Usually I'm pretty tense when they have to test my eye pressure but they did it so quick and were patient it wasn't bad at all.

Stay away from this Doctor and staff!!!. Very rude and unprofessional. My husband needed eye drops after his visit that required a prior authorization from our insurance. very simple task, however because they didn't want to complete it. The Doctor decided it was a good idea to call my husband and drop him as a patient. As if there the only eye doctors in town. Furthermore, who would want to be serviced by a doctor who lacks compassion and professionalism anyways!! Do better this is 2022 you should know how to handle simple task like prior authorization forms. And if you don't there are plenty of well qualify employees you can hire that can. Ridiculous.

Very very unprofessional office! Actual scammers and total fraud - they billed us for a service that was never done. In 2017, I paid for that bill and they sent me a new bill in 2023 (after 6 years) for $65 and placed me on collections when I didn't pay it. I called them and asked about it and they claimed they couldn't find any record of it, however collections has record of them recording this past due balance that shouldn't be there in the first place. VERY FRAUDULENT STAY AWAY!!!!!

Have had very positive experiences with Dr. Kinnas and all the staff ever since I was given his name as a recommendation to help with my glaucoma risk. If you are looking for a smaller practice and the same doctor to treat each visit, recommend making an appointment!

Dr. Kinnas and his staff have taken great care of me over the many years I have been a patient. I trust him and truly appreciate his knowledge, kindness and professionalism.
