Dr. Probst and team were great to work with. They answered all my questions and were very understanding of my nervousness. The process was fairly easy and the operation went smoothly. I'd been wearing since childhood, so seeing 20/20 the next day is life-changing.

I was recommended to Dr. Probst by two of my friends who have had LASIK at TLC in Westchester. My experience was quick, easy and seamless from start to finish. I was able to easily make a remote consultation online scheduled for the next day. There was plenty of availability. During the consultation the entire process and procedure was explained. Everything to expect from what to feel and how healing goes was explained. Along with pricing and payment options. Everything was straight forward and honest. I was able to schedule my eye exam and procedure to be done the same day for later that week. Everyone in the office was friendly and again went over everything to expect. After I was ensured I was a good candidate for LASIK I had my procedure just a few hours later. It took less than 10 minutes. Dr. Probst was very nice and calm throughout the procedure. Afterwards I was given a bag with all post op instructions, protective eyewear and eye drops for the following week. The last step is just a follow up with in 3 days to ensure your eyes are healing as expected. I have not had any issues and my vision is now 20/20!! I could not be happier. From my initial consultation to my first follow up appointment, the staff has been welcoming and helpful! Everyone has been wonderful. The procedure itself was quick and relatively painless, aside from some pressure. Dr. P talked to me the whole procedure and coached me through. My follow up appointment was quick and easy. My left eye is healing slower than my right eye, so keeping drops in my eyes has been a necessity.

I had my ICL surgery here to correct my vision & it was a fantastic experience. The team & Dr. Sharpe were great with explaining all of the options and how the procedure would go. It was very quick and painless and I am seeing 20/20 the following day! Extremely happy to not have to worry about needing glasses or contacts anymore.

Surgery went well. The team is great and friendly, but the waiting time on the day of my surgery was 3.5 hours, which was insane. I was tired, hungry, and almost wanted to leave. One of the ladies said it doesn't happen very often. Other than that, I had a great experience.It's totally worth it.
