Laura, a technician, took care of me like a cherished guest. My insurance was processed without any worries at the very end of the year, and I was a little bit concerned I would have issues but not at all. I absolutely love my frames, and the vibe in the store is very sweet, friendly, and not at all coercive. I never felt pressured to finish any kind of transaction. I have a totally different prescription, which works great.

Dr. Dawson was incredibly professional and caring. She made me feel like a priority and went above and beyond to help identify the cause of my dry eyes and the irritation from my previous contacts. I left feeling heard, understood, and valued. When I came back a week later for a quick check-up, she once again made sure everything was correct and that I felt comfortable with my new prescription. She also reassured me that I'm welcome to come back anytime with any concerns or questions.
Jackie was very helpful during both the check-in and check-out process. She double-checked my insurance coverage before my appointment and was completely transparent throughout. During check-out, she was just as friendly and pleasant.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience -- I truly felt cared for by the entire team!
