This place knows how to create a first class Customer Experience. I went for annual eye exam and was treated with an abundance of kindness and attention. Wound up getting new eyeglasses here as well which was not my intent when I went in for the exam. While the new glasses are more than what I paid at Costco the last time I purchased glasses, the knowledgeable and caring people here more than made up for it.

7 bridges eye care have been taking care of our family eye care for many years. We are treated like VIP's Carlos and his family go out of their way to make you feel at home. Doctor Azzaro and the other 2 doctor's are fantastic they care about your eye health and are very welcoming and make sure to explain everything in detail, keeping you educated on how to best keep your eyes healthy. I highly recommend them

I stopped in to see if they could repair a pair of sunglasses for me. There was a very nice lady who helped me out. She asked me if I had purchased the sunglasses at their store and I said no. She also told me she would try to repair them but there is a chance they would break. I acknowledged this and was fine with it because the sunglasses were unwearable anyway. I appreciated her honesty. It took about 5 minutes and she was able to successfully repair (and clean) them! Free of charge! She saved me probably $200 to replace them. Very happy with my experience.

Dishonest business practice. My family and I been patients at Seven Bridges eye for about 10+ years. The staff has always been very helpful. What is terrible is their billing practices. After paying for an exam, and for extra testing which is not a problem, I was told I needed to pay $400 out of pocket for my "contact evaluation". My contact prescription did not even change, it is literally a reorder. I can understand the first time, when you teach people how to put in and care for their contacts, but for a reorder for the same prescription when you are buying the contacts from them at a premium price seems like a price gouging practice. When I called after my appointment, Christy was rude when I asked if I could talk to someone else. She said they are busy and will tell you the same thing with a very rude tone. I said I will wait. She put me on hold and then hung up on me. When I tried to call back, it went to voicemail. Very disappointing.

My experience with Seven Bridges Eyecare was very positive from start to finish. Dr. Veverka conducted his exam in a very professional manner answering any questions I had. My optician Samantha was a pleasure to work with. She went through the different options and choices I had in relation with my insurance. Samantha also made me feel like more than just a customer with her individualized care. All around a very positive experience.

I had a thorough eye exam with all my concerns taken seriously. They were all so courteous and helpful! Also, very reasonably priced!

My daughter broke her glasses at college and needed a new pair asap to read the board at school. I went into Seven Bridges Eye Care and Carlos immediately got to work on a replacement. Thirty minutes later I left the store with a replacement pair that I overnighted to my daughter. The customer service was incredible. A first-rate operation with skilled, caring professions. I highly recommend. Outstanding business.
