First place I've ever been to that tells me I need to schedule a walk-in appointment. Never did call my wife about her glasses coming in and they've been in for days. So if you order glasses you better make sure you stay on them or they'll be sitting there without them letting you know. Very obviously not busy while I'm standing in the building. At the same time telling me how busy they are.

Dr Morrow and the entire staff were amazing. My mom is 86 and has short term memory issues and can get overwhelmed when being asked questions. The whole staff was very patient with her and did not rush her answers. They did not know this about her and treated her with kindness and respect. Dr Morrow explained everything about her results to both of us and offered suggestions. I drove her there from Muncie and will do it again!!
