My husband and I were treated at this store. The staff is highly qualified and the service was wonderful. Mariah Snell, the assistant, is very attentive. She helps you find the best option. She speaks several languages, making communication easy. The medical care for checkups is very thorough. Excellent. Five stars for this store. Congratulations.

Jeff was tremendous. I had some difficulty finding my health insurance information and he put in several calls sent a few faxes and identified my insurance codes and was able to move forward with my eye ware. Dr. Helm is a delight and expert in her field. Ty all so much for a seamless transition to glasses! I will be sending my husband here for his next eye exam!!

Dr. Hales is wonderful. She makes you feel like a close friend. She will explain things to your understanding and you never feel rushed. Christina, Leslie, and Maria are extremely helpful in picking out frames. It is nice to get an honest opinion from multiples when picking out glasses. Thank you ladies!

Heartland Vision has been exceptional in helping my situation. It's been on going with some medical issues that occurred after a new pair of glasses from a big box store. Dr Becca Hale was more than willing to try and correct the problem and get to the bottom of my issue, the best eye exam I've ever had.... Jeff was the first one I encountered, over the telephone. He was very accommodating to my situation getting me in for exam the next day. The entire team has been absolutely wonderful on every level. My problem has still been on going, and their still willing to go above and beyond to help me. My Big Box eye store days are over, I will continue to be a patient at Heartland Vision forever. They even help you with what glasses honestly look the best on you. We all struggle with choosing I do believe and it was so easy with their help and was very happy with the pairs I was guided towards. Again, Thank you Dr Becca, Jeff, Mariah, Chris and Leslie. I've been a customer here for several years and always have a great experience. Today, Mariah, Jeff, and Chris helped me select a new pair of frames, measured twice to make sure I'll have a good fit, and reviewed all of the available options without trying to up-sell me on things I didn't want or need. Their customer service was top notch!
