honestly wish I had gone to this office sooner. HIGHLY impressed. everyone was polite and kind and patient. they were having issues with their system but were not letting their frustrations overflow to customers. Dr Thorpe was AMAZING. I will be sticking with this office!

The ladies that work there are absolutely great I got in and out with no problem I got all the information I needed from the doctor and a referral onto an eye surgeon I couldn't ask for anything better I really do think that they're one of the best eye doctors around this area the doctor was very courteous and very bedside manners were great and the staff was excellent and efficient Edward recommend Midwest eye consultants to everyone in this area

Love Midwest Eye consultants! They were so friendly, knowledgeable, and fun. Made my whole day! I highly recommend them. Especially Andi and Jasmine who helped me at every turn and my Dr was awesome!

I absolutely love going here! The staff is always so sweet and answer all of my questions well. Dr. Norrick is amazing! Jamie helped me pick out my last pair of glasses, and she did a wonderful job. I will definitely recommend this office to friends and family.

This is place is absolutely AMAZING!! my son was recently diagnosed with Marfan syndrome and we have recently been to so many doctors for so much testing. So we have seen our fair share or nurses and doctors recently. This place had me almost in tears!!!! The people that work at this establishment are a 10/10!! My son was so nervous and Ashley helped all that go away!! The eye doctor that looked at my son was so incredibly nice and made you so comfortable. This will literally be the ONLY eye doctors I will bring my children to moving forward! Thank you for your AMAZING SERVICE!!!!

Working with Dr Thorp to get through a dry eye issue methodically working through options and a path forward. Worked with Bre & Amanda to order new glasses, the were great to work with!!!!

Had a great experience with Dr. Thorp. Very professional and friendly. Staff was awesome. Can't say as much for the adjacent eyeglass store. I wanted lens replacement for existing frames. The associate was clueless through EVERY step of the process. When I learned my "discount rate" for lenses (just lenses, no frames) was $505, I headed for the door and saved $300 through another provider.

We have four children who were seen at midwest eye consultants on a Saturday morning, which is an incredible convenience alone. Our eldest has had glasses, eye doctors, and eye surgeons for eleven years now. All four kiddos were seen by Dr. Madalyn Thorp. With our experience with eye doctors we've never had a bad one but she is exceptional. She was so thorough and when I asked about some potential "heard through the grapevine" opportunities for my eldest she listened, considered and explained what would benefit her best. We've been told for at least five years now there's really nothing our little can do about her vision problems but up the prescription each year and her eye pull would remain the same, if not, get worse. Dr. Thorp referred us out to another doctor, she explained that this doctor could work with her on eye therapy which we've never even heard in all of our years of trying to correct this and make everyday just a bit more comfortable. She demonstrated how at different angles the bifocal lense pulls the pupil back to center and has wrote a prescription recommending moving the line up in her bifocals so that her eye will sit center and is her "regular" more often. We're no strangers to the routine check up, stronger prescription and a pat on the back. This was not only hopeful news, but constructive and corrective for the first time in years. We left feeling heard, and more knowledgeable about our littles eye problem and completely confident in Dr. Thorp. I would also like to add that from start to finish each and every single employee there was so pleasant, quick and helpful. Sadie helped each of them set up and was so friendly. Ashley sat in with Dr. Thorp and was clearly attentive and knowledgeable, she also helped my son get his wiggles out when he was disrupting our daughters exam and when I had a silly question at the end came out to the front desk to answer my question immediately and thoroughly.
