Quick, efficient, took our insurance and everything else was priced fairly. The dr was friendly as was the lady at the desk that helped us.

We skip out on the Coldwater, MI RX Optical and drive all the way to Angola to this one. From the paperwork when we first get there, to the imaging before your actual exam, to the doctor and his final exam. We met four different people and loved every single one. We liked one of the ladies that didn't help us but was part of our conversation at initial check in. One person checked us in. She was so kind even though the glasses were in very bad shape. We were way overdue. 4 years! We met someone else who did the eye images. She was very nice and got my partner a chair so we could wait together. The doctor was very kind and quick! He answered all our questions without making us feel dumb. It honestly was a great price, too. I feel like people get scared when it comes to check ups and doctors- but I surely won't neglect my eyes after this. It was a nice experience.

I received prescription readers from Rx Optical in Angola Indiana. They are perfect! If anyone ever ask me the difference between store readers and prescription readers I will definitely tell them to come to you guys first! The staff is very Nice! My husband and I both love this place!

Going on my second year with Rx Optical. I've NEVER had an osteopathic doctor as good as they have at Rx Optical. The service is great and the staff is awesome. Becca even helped me pick out frames as my husband wasn't with me. I am a forever customer. Thank you all for being such a joy

Had a great experience at the Angola IN office with Dr Kocembo and both office assistants. Our family has had a very bad run in the last year or so with customer service and experience, and it was WONDERFUL to go into the office as a first time patient and see knowledgable, happy faces. I'm switching the family over to RX Optical, because of today's visit. It's a very big deal to find a place that doesn't cause stress, so this is one less thing we have to worry about.

The Doctor and staff were friendly for the most part. I thought my exam was rushed. I was very unhappy with what followed the exam. I was shown frames from various designers. When I told them I wanted frames that are covered by my insurance the staff member pulled out a basket of frames that looked as if they were used. They were covered in finger prints. I chose a pair from the basket. They then told me that before insurance the cost was $900. With my insurance the cost of these cheap glasses were $300. I took my prescription and left after paying my co-pay. I think it's a shame that something as important as eyesight is left to someone working on commission.

I should have read this review before going to the store - I went and picked up my glasses today that I paid 300 dollars for which is the most I've ever paid for glasses and the script was wrong and the front desk girl didn't want to deal with it so she said keep wearing them all weekend and come back Monday. They are so wrong I can't even see out of them to wear them. It's not an issue of my eyes adjusting. I had the same issue!!!! Now that I have used my insurance, I am not sure if I will be able to get an exam or if I will have to wear my old glasses until it has been a year. It seems strange that the exact same thing happened to two people. Not sure if it is the doctor or the lab that they are using.

All staff at Rx optical in Angola were pleasant efficient and easy to work with. I found a good selection of frames in a clean facility. I am giving them 5 stars
