I had a great experience with Paige and Miona and Dr. Miriam. Paige was so kind and made the process very simple. Dr. Miriam listened to my concerns and helped me get the right contracts at the right price. Miona was so kind to help me figure out my insurance and get the best contacts for me. She was kind like a friend and helped me even though it took her more time. I highly recommend them all!!

Never again! All 4 of my children have disabilities, we were seen at Dr. Tavel 10th location but unfortunately they were unable to complete my younger 2 children because they needed to see a pediatrician! They schedule our appt at Avon location...we were 5 minutes late, 4 people clocked in but apparently no one wanted to work!!! They canceled my daughter appt and my son appt wasn't till 45mins later...so if we stayed till then my daughter could be seen as a walk-in!!! Terrible Terrible service!!!

Not a fan! This location is not for Everyone! I get treated better at the 10th street location. I only went here because 10th street was closed for remodeling. The customer service needs to be better. I went in for an appointment, only to be told that my appointment was at the 10th street location. I told the lady that 10th street was closed. She told me that it opened on yesterday. I went to the 10th street location and it was closed. I called customer service and they told me 10th street was not going to open until August 29th. The lady flat out lied! I'll try my best to never go here again!

Employees were very welcoming! Dr.Nicholas (Dr.Tavel) was quick & efficient when it came to getting the exam done. He connected with me on a personal level & made me feel comfortable.
When it came down to my purchase the sales person (Shelby) wasn't pushy at ALL she made sure to give me time & her input when needed.
The store was closing @7:30 and she waited for me until I arrived right at closing so I could have my new glasses while on vacation!
Definitely going to make this my new Eye Care home service!
