At a different vision center I had cataract surgery on my right eye it accidentally got burned during surgery. I Had to have Surgery with stitches a couple times I lost Hope on thinking maybe my eye wasnt gonna to get better. I got referred to Dr. Whitson himself at Whitson vision. He repaired my right eye and also did cataract surgery on my left eye. I can see much better than I did before either surgery. I'm an artist and I paint and I'm painting again thank you Dr. whitson and everyone at Whitson vision.

Whitson Vision is extremely unprofessional and not patient-oriented. They are understaffed, careless, and lack basic knowledge and empathy. Liz was especially rude and undermining, and Dr. Whitson himself was disrespectful and dismissive. This office shows no compassion or professionalism -- I would never recommend them. I wouldn't even take a dog here.

Very bad and rude service I pay them 150$ for my glasses its more than 3 months now they don't refund my money and no glasses I call billing department for refund they jus put my cal on hold or in voicemail And voicemail them so many time they don't even cal or answer my call Very rude billing department for refund They even don't answer why or what's happening

They take such good care of you here and really care about your vision! I've been to other places but Whitson Vision makes me feel comfortable and important. The staff are very knowledgeable and explain things thoroughly and answer all of my questions. I've had cataract surgery and that went so well that I would recommend it to anyone. Dr Whitson and Dr Grove are a blessing!

Dr Grove is very good! The practice, however, seems to be disorganized. Wait times are an hour or longer. Signs posted in waiting room say for patients to be kind to the employees and not hassle them about wait times. Dr Whitson needs to step in and get things organized better. Other professional medical offices run mostly on time.

Dr Colon is wonderful. However, I had a 10 am appointment for a 5 minute follow up exam and waited 2 hours till I saw him. This is not acceptable. Scheduling definitely needs to be addressed. Last visit was a very long wait as well. I do get excellent care when I finally get to see him.

Issue with insurance. Not willing to go a step further to help us. The person in billing had an attitude and gave me no option but self pay. Nurse in office was trying to help and very apologetic
