Absolutely outstanding staff and very friendly atmosphere. The process of going through the eye exam and choosing glasses was super easy! I can't wait for my new Pair Eyewear glasses to come in!

To make a long story short! I will never waste my money with this company again. I brought them my prescription and they took all my measurements, and three sets of lenses later they still could not get them set to where my transition Bifocals were clear without setting my glasses on my face crooked. They told me try them for another week and if they are not working for me, they would refund my money. (90 day refund policy) I came back a week later and it was 2 days after my 90 days and they refused to refund my money. So I wore these junk glasses for a year and I've gone back to my original eye doctor to get my new pair properly fit, Icouldn't be happier with them. They ask me how my frames got so, bent and I told them that's how they bent them to try to get them to work for me, because they would not remake them again to try and get them right.... Horrible experience that I went through to save a $150. And it just cost me in the end.

I scheduled my first exam and got a cancellation email and phone call stating they are having technical issues so I rescheduled for two days later and the day before it was cancelled again. I understand technical issues happen however the second time it was whatever they use for a virtual eye exam isn't working which felt suspicious since I telehealth with doctors regularly with no issue. Lost one for each cancellation. Taking my business elsewhere.

My experience at the eye appointment was wonderful from the moment I walked in until I left. The technician, Naseem,was so nice and polite. She had a lovely smile that made me feel welcome right away. The pretest was smooth and comfortable, and she made sure I felt at ease the entire time. I really appreciated her kindness and how she went out of her way to make my visit pleasant. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

She greeted me warmly, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process feel smooth and easy. She seemed very knowledgeable and made me feel completely comfortable. I went here for the first time after not having an exam for close to two years having moved out of state. Naseem was the technician that did my exam and was very sweet and explained everything really well. Her energy also brightens up the clinic making it feel very inviting walking in.
