I was recommended to Dr. Etienne and I quickly became his patient in June, 2022. He was most professional, soft spoken and kind during the entire exam. I was extremely pleased with my glasses. The associates and staff in the office were a joy to work with to help me find the most comfortable , affordable and attractive glasses. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Dr. Jean-Paul Etienne's MyEyeDr's practice. Everyone was friendly and professional. For the first time, I didn't need to have my eyes dilated, and instead had pictures taken of my eyes which Dr Etienne shared with me later. After Dr Etienne asked me about the kind of work/activities I do, and my symptoms (blurriness and dry eye,) he told me that it was time to consider bifocals. It seems that I have been needing these, and that my eyes were under strain. What an important piece of information! I learned so much about how to take care of my eyes and greatly appreciated the lighthearted gentle delivery of this knowledge. Later I was helped to pick out frames and checked out very quickly. Overall, it was a fun, instructive experience! I left feeling that Dr Etienne would always take good care of me and tell me how to take good care of myself too. Thank you to all.

A+ customer service! Dr. Etienne's office called yesterday to alert me that my insurance was not going to cover an upcoming appointment and I was able to reschedule for a future date where I will have coverage. They saved me time, money and frustration with clear, proactive communication. Insurance can be so tricky to navigate. I appreciate your help!

Dr. Etienne is Bloomington's best eye doctor, without question. He is knowledgeable, genuinely kind, and operates his business with the utmost integrity.
