Great experience at Insights Optical. All of the staff were welcoming and friendly. Bella, (the tech), the young lady that performed the initial testing was very kind and patient. She took time to answer my questions. Dr. Short gave me a thorough exam, my eyes had changed significantly It's awesome to see the improvement of my vision with the new prescription. Maddy, another nice young lady, helped me pick out frames and explained the payment options

Great experience at this eye doctor office. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Zach was very informative during the exam and provided a through examination. I didn't feel rushed at all. I have been to eye doctor offices where I felt like I was inconveniencing them when I struggled between picking which "number is better". If you know, you know.Dr. Zach didn't make me feel that way.
The optical assistant (I have no idea what the official title is I am sorry) who performed my pre tests was great. Her name is Bella and she was kind as well.
I was greeted immediately when I walked in and when I checked out another member of the team helped me with my contact and glasses lense order. I don't remember all the names, but they were all equally helpful.
I am thrilled to have another eye doctor in Ellettsville. I highly recommend you consider Insight Optical for your next eye appointment. The location in Ellettsville is convenient, the office is spacious and clean and plenty of parking.
