They put my new glasses in a bag, LOL. Because I provided my own frames and had them fit my prescription to lenses for those frames, I guess I didn't deserve any kind of case for the glasses. Even though they pulled in well over $400, I got this bag with a drawstring!

Lenscrafters has made several changes over the years. They don't provide the good services that they use to have. The customer service is still fantastic and the promotion they have for glasses is great. It cost more to use insurance! So far they have taken good care of me.

I'd been a customer for 15 years. This last experience ruined it for me. I wasn't informed about topics I should have been. I wasn't offered the other options available. When I tried to return my glasses, I was met with an argumentative store manager. I wasn't given the regional managers number. The cherry on top was when I called their customer service number. I was told to wait 5 days. I waited 8. Then I called a second time, and there was still no response 2 weeks later. I ended up going to the Greenwood store. Once I was there the employee took care of me. No questions asked. Why did the Bloomington store make it so hard, and why is their customer service non-existent? There's other options in town, and I recommend you, the reader take your money elsewhere.

Received an inaccurate script. Could see things far away on a Superman level but couldn't see anything up close. Staff was super nice and gave me the refunds I needed. The dr is only available one day a week and I wasn't able to get in to correct it.
