We drive extra miles to go to this particular MyEyeDr. location. From our exam, to the help with selection & insurance, the care we get at the east Bloomington,IN location is exceptional. Alex, the manager is really on top of things and is beyond helpful. We like the young lady named Autumn. She is so good at helping us, as are the other young ladies too. We highly recommend them.

The staff at MyEyeDr. here in Bloomington are extremely helpful and kind. Even when I, a very indecisive person, made things very complicated for them, they listened with care and concern, went above and beyond (i.e. running insurance, getting me price options, etc.!) and did not stop until I had exactly what I needed and wanted! They are very patient and kind even with difficult people like me;) Highly recommend!!

Spent 150 dollars in copays and to be fair I did sign up for bogus tests like a cray of the back of my eye- I'm 23. After spending a small fortune for the ability to see they sent me another bill for something I didn't ask for and won't cancel it! I don't want an eyewear protect plan I already spent too much! But now I can't cancel it and they won't pick up the phone so I guess I have to pay it or have it go to a debt collector. I have ONE day off and I switched it to a weekday thankfully to a wonderful coworker but now I'm gonna kill myself and put this bill as my suicide note. Thank you MyEyeDr

Great customer service, friendly. Very comprehensive exam. They even adjusted a pair of glasses for me that weren't purchased from them.

Another great experience - from the appointment to the new glasses process, it was smooth and easy. They also stand behind their customer satisfaction pledge - a minor issue when I picked up my new glasses was immediately addressed and my new glasses are now perfect!

Being a single Mom this place was very welcoming and had coloring for the toddler, I couldn't find a babysitter and the staff loved her. They are very friendly as well! Glasses usually come in 1 week to 1.5 weeks which I'm not used to.

Eye appointment with the doctor was super fast and easy. The problem was the glasses. I guess because I have insurance and didn't pay for any smoke and mirrors (I am homeless) the glasses I got are just complete trash. They're so crooked on my face and nothing I do fixes them. I did have to wait almost 3 weeks for my glasses even though they said it would be 1 week. Also, when I picked them up, the middle rubber piece was completely backwards and kept falling out. 2/10 would not come back.
