I had hands-down the best experience I've ever had at an eye doctor's office. For the past few years, I've struggled to get my vision right and no longer felt comfortable with my previous provider. After hearing so many great things about Dr. Etienne, I decided to make the switch, and I am so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was extremely welcoming and kind. The technician was also wonderful -- she truly listened to my concerns and explained everything thoroughly, which immediately put me at ease. My appointment with Dr. Etienne exceeded all of my expectations. He took the time to explain things in a way I had never heard before, and he made me feel completely comfortable and confident in my decisions. There was no judgment -- only positivity, encouragement, and genuine care. Thanks to the adjustments he made, I noticed an immediate improvement in my vision and, for the first time in three years, I finally feel hopeful that I won't be stuck with poor eyesight. My experience was topped off in the optical shop, where Claire was incredibly helpful and sweet. She explained everything so clearly and made the entire process seamless. I highly recommend this office to anyone who is searching for exceptional eye care. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you so much to Dr. Etienne and the entire team -- you truly are the best!

John at MyEyeDr was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, welcoming, and just genuinely cool to work with. He was honest about what frames looked good on me and what would actually work with my prescription, which I really appreciated. It made the whole process so much easier and way more enjoyable. You can tell he truly cares about helping people find the best fit -- not just selling glasses. John went above and beyond, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the welcoming smiles at the front desk, then led to the most welcoming relaxing waiting area by the warming fireplace to the kind physician assistant to Dr Etienne who made me feel so comfortable with his personable and professional demeanor. Was concerned that with my high myopia I wouldn't get the care that I needed. Happy to find my new eye Dr after my previous 30 yr friend/ optometrist passed away

Front desk and Dr 5 stars. Mr Pink pants, staff member that manages frames transactions, was a different story. Above being rude, could only seem to handle one customer at a time. During my appointment, I was told there were 3 people ahead of me. These people were browsing frames, while he sat at the desk chatting with another staff member. When I asked him if I could just get my current frames adjusted and leave, he again told me I would have to wait my turn behind the others who were still shopping. In the meantime the front door receptionist politely and quietly took my paperwork, payment, and adjusted my frames herself in less than 5 minutes and had me out the door. As I was leaving a man on his lunch hour came in to pick up glasses. Pink pants told him there were several people ahead of him. Front desk angel jumped up, went and got his glasses for him and had him out the door before I could start my car. Mr Pink pants needs an education in multi-tasking. In my opinion he should be making appointments at the front desk and the front desk ladies should have his customer service job. They were doing his job better than he was.

Dr. Etienne was very helpful and patient while we worked out my prescription. Apparently I'm one of a few per year he sees that has my eye challenges. Astigmatism, early onset of cataracts and aging vision proved to be a challenge, but with persistence, he was successful. I am extremely pleased with the new glasses and the new prescription.

This is the Best Eye Dr I have ever been to!! Dr. Jean-Paul Etienne is one of a kind Dr. I have been going to him for 20 years. He is the only Eye Dr to find problems with my eyes. He always gets my prescription right the first time. His staff is excellent and are never too busy to see you. They always help you with whatever you need and are so friendly..I highly recommend them.

I was impressed with how fast I was able to get in for an eye exam and how thorough and informative Dr. Alyssa Vanwerden was while giving it. They have a good on premise frame selection too and a relaxed atmosphere to try on as many as you like. Once I made my selection the staff was very helpful in making sure the progressive transition lenses I ordered were properly configured. My glasses arrived within two weeks and I continue to be delighted with the result.
