I've had pleasant experiences with this establishment in the past however my most recent experience as a walk-in to schedule an appointment was weird. The woman behind the desk seemed to be overly preoccupied and vocal about my insurance coverage. She kept reviewing my insurance out loud which just seemed unnecessary but intentional to me even though I have good coverage through the university. It just rubbed me wrong and felt like a microagression to be completely honest. Like I said, I done business with this establishment over the past couple of years with no problems whatsoever.

Got two pairs of glasses. More than a thousand dollars total. One pair is wearable, another pair completely not wearable. It is TOO thick and makes me dizzy. I've had high prescriptions for years but never had issues with new glasses until now. For some reason their glasses are just way too thick. And mind you I went with their expensive recommendations for my high prescriptions to make the glasses more slim. I am extremely disappointed but because they are nonrefundable and I've wasted over 500 dollars on a pair of glasses I will never be able to wear. Thank you! BTW price is after insurance. Again, thank you!

I really love this place. I have been having vision coordination issues for a couple of years, so I went to Dr. Dale as she has training/expertise with more medically complicated cases. She is WONDERFUL! She got me into a better prescription that helps my eyes work better together. No more headaches, double vision, or extreme social anxiety. I also love the office. It's an absolutely pleasant vibe to hang out in there, with comfy seating, complimentary beverages (including Perrier!), and so many interesting and unusual frames to look at. They were also enthusiastically welcoming to my dog, which was unexpected and delightful. Can't say enough nice things about the staff and the experiences I've had here.
