Dr. Alicia Reed-Thomas noticed my optics nerves were swollen when I went in for a random contact check-up. A few weeks later I was diagnosed with Intracranial Hypertension by a neurologist, usually this disease doesn't get diagnosed until permanent eye damage has started. I was super lucky she caught this and helped advocate for me. Staff is always very nice and helpful as well!

Dr Thomas and her staff has always been amazing! They are always friendly when I'm there and help me if needed. Dr Thomas found my uveitis and sent me to a specialist to be treated. Dr Reed Thomas, The Specialist she sent me to for uveitis and my arthritis doctor are actually the only three doctors I trust at this point. If you need an eye exam and want friendly kind staff and people will actually listen to you call their office!

Spoke with the receptionist, and I'm pretty sure it's someone new, but from reading previous reviews I have an idea that this happens a lot. I called to order new contacts and they wouldn't order any out, and I said okay well I have two sets left and a stigmatism in one eye and two different prescriptions can you atleast tell me which eye it goes to because I lost the prescription and they couldn't give that out to me because they hadn't seen me in a year. $$$$ seems to me is what they want. Very rude receptionist. I have gone here since I was a child, and honestly I won't go back with this new receptionist.

Tried to get contacts ordered and was informed I had to pay for a new eye exam first because it had been a year and law required it. DO NOT GO TO HER. The receptionist is rude and very nasty. She hung up on me. I have over 300 people that know me here at Mans Best Friend Grooming and know I would never say anything to be hung up on!
