My husband got glasses from here today. There were many details that I noticed that they provided that I had not seen at other chain eyeglass stores. I believe that they gave much more individual attention than the other places we have been. This is a local family who pours back into the community, provides exceptional service, so to me, it is a win-win! Highly recommend.

My Husband and all 3 kids go here! always seem to be very personable!- We loved them until I forgot about an appointment and they dropped my daughter, as it was her appointment I missed. So I told them I was taking all of us other places and they still send us reminders for our visit.

If I could give 0 Stars I would. I called almost a week ago they said they would call me back never did.Then when I finally came in to see what was going on the lady was very rude at the front desk argued with me even though I would not argue back and then told me she wasn't going to argue with me. Refused to give me my script for my contacts and said the doctor would have to see me and the doctor had already seen me. They were trying to get me to come back in so they could bill my insurance AGAIN and they've did this before. I will no longer take myself or my children here.

Very rude! Called to get a prescription faxed over. was told they mailed it two weeks ago... never received it. Called back today and asked for them to fax it over. Put me on hold and a man picked up rudely and verbally gave it to me. had him repeat it because he didn't give me time to get a pen. Then I asked if he had a add power and the guy hung up on me. I sure hope that wasn't the Dr. Very unprofessional.

One star is far too much for this place, I'm a sweet demeanored person and try to avoid confrontation but I left this place with a slam to the door in the midst of fighting with the front desk lady, I'm pretty sure she's he's wife now reading other reviews. The doctor was very rude to me and my young daughter, they had us waiting forever for nothing, they lied about what the appointments would be for and got angry with me when I simply asked them what I needed to do next, they referred her to a Dr in Bloomington because they couldn't even help us and didn't bother to tell me that wouldn't be covered by our insurance, this was the most disrespectful place I've ever been btw when that lady was persistent in picking a fight with me I was about to be induced to have a baby THAT next morning and they knew this.. I can't believe they treat their customers that way, like clearly they should be in a different line of work or just retire, please save yourself the hassle and DO NOT GO HERE
