Bogan Eye Care Center

I have been going to Bogan Eyecare for 20 years, when Dr. Bogan retired I stuck with them even when they hired a new team of office staff who was not as friendly. I miss Kristy, she was great. Last year when I went to make an appointment they stated that I had already had an appointment and could not schedule another one for the year. I said, no I had not been there this year, she said that someone was using my insurance and I would have to call my insurance to straighten it out. I asked if she could check the schedule and it would show I never had an appointment. She refused and said I had to call my insurance. So I called them and they stated that no, I had not had an appointment, it was my son who had the appointment but Bogan eyecare had billed for both of us. When I told Bogan this, they did not apologize and was very rude and cold. I will never return, it is sad what they have turned it into. Also, they are now offering dermatology services? I thought it was an eye care office? Do NOT go, you will be given horrible service. Their rating of 4.9 must be paid for.

I've been a patient in this office for about 20yrs. My visit today came 4 years after my previous visit. The office has significantly expanded in size and the number of Doctors in that timeframe. The waiting area is bright, clean, friendly. The staff are friendly and approachable. I saw Dr. Foerg today who was very informative. After my exam I was asked if I had any concerns. My concerns/questions were answered and I was amazed at the options I had available to me to correct the concerns I had mentioned. Thank you for a routine exam that made my day for the information I was provided. I recommend this office to anyone needing routine exams, as well as someone needing specific direction for their vision health.

Dr. Curts is so great. I always enjoy my eye appointments with her. Stephanie Coombs, Kim, Wendy and Amanda were also helpful and friendly!

Pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable staff - front desk, techs, and doctors. My treatment was top notch for my eye disease. This is my 4th appointment and I will continue trusting Bogan Eye Care for my future needs.

Always a pleasant visit. I've been a client for years and always enjoy the efficiency and thoroughness of my exams. After a few stable years, my prescription has changed and I know I'll enjoy the new glasses soon!

The women that worked at the front desk were very nice and helpful. The young man that took the pictures, Conner, was extremely nice and very knowledgeable! Dr Curts' is always very nice and takes the time to listen and explain. Bogan Eye Care is a great place to go for eye care!

From start to finish The visit to the Eye Center was excellent. Dr. Streff Was very personable, professional, and certainly knew what he was talking about. I couldn't be happier with letting them handle my ongoing eye care. Today was my second visit. Nothing more to say but it was a great, professional, informative appointment.

Since Dr. Bogan retired the customer care and service has hit rock bottom and anyone looking for a optometrist needs to look elsewhere. It now feels as if they care about no one but themselves and customer is at their mercy and they are doing the customer a favor by allowing them to use their services. Avoid this practice at all costs!!! I would give Zero stars if possible.
