Excellent experience picking glasses. They had the largest selection of frames I've seen, and the staff was very helpful. When you wear glasses daily, it's a big choice to make, and this environment was so much less stressful than a typical eye doctor's office where you tend to feel pressured and rushed. With help from their experts, I ended up designing my own custom frames using their customizable line. I selected a lens shape, color, side pieces, and lens tint. Can't wait to receive them!

Love the RF facial at Alternate View! Liz does a fabulous job. It is relaxing and my favorite part of today! My skin feels firmer and smoother and is glowing! Highly recommend for a non invasive yet noticeable difference in my facial skin!

If you need a new eye care provider, you NEED to go see the team at Alternate View! The personalized touches they offer from the second that you walk in the door make all the difference. I have incredibly dry eyes, and the care that they took to explain the options for treatment to me was extraordinary. I am ABSOLUTELY OBSESSED with my glasses. They chose a pair that I would never choose for myself. I get compliments on them every single day. I've since bought another pair for more casual days and sent my husband for more stylish glasses. There are a ton of places you can go in this town for a routine eye exam and to buy glasses. I chose to trust Dr. Courtney Kassenbrock because of her excellent reviews, and I was not disappointed. For some as yet unexplained reason, I had a bizarrely rare reaction to one of the diagnostic drops used during my visit, and instead of denying or deflecting blame, Dr. Kassenbrock took full personal responsibility and made herself accountable for my recovery, got herself all worried about me and spent a weekend researching what might have gone wrong, contacted colleagues for advice, talked me through referral to specialists, and walked me through every step of my recovery until my eyes went back to (mostly) normal on their own. As a doctor myself, I can confidently say this is what a doctor should be like.

I started to see ads for Alternate View and was immediately curious about them. I worked as an optician for many years at a high end glasses practice and love unique eyewear. My husband and I went to check them out. They have a wonderful selection of frames, price points, and lens options for anyone and everyone. Though I brought my prescription from another provider, the staff could not have been more warm and welcoming. Jada, who helped me, was funny and authentic all while showing she was a highly skilled professional. The way they fit progressive lenses really does seem to have ensured a perfect adaptation for my new prescription. I received a text alerting me my glasses were ready sooner than promised. It was easy to contact them to verify their hours for pickup. Finally, the glasses Jada helped me find are PERFECT! I'm looking good, seeing good and feeling good. Thanks, Alternate View!

I went here almost solely because when looking for optometrists who take online appointments, they were one of the only ones that came up through my insurers search. Dealing with calling and having to walk through the 'are you free this day...weeks from now' is getting old, so a quickly made online option is music to my ears. I literally knew nothing about this place when I made an appointment. After I made the appointment I looked it up and saw all the glowing reviews and figured I must've made a good choice. I had no intention of getting glasses here, just a new 'script and I would shop glasses elsewhere (as I'm fairly picky). I ended up looking at the glasses after my exam cause, why not, I'm already there. I found a great pair that I ended up getting so I killed two birds in one stop. This place seems 'high end' from the outside and general online presence but even a blue color guy like myself coming in with my dirty and dusty work clothes on I felt comfortable. Everyone was very nice and helpful and pricing seemed no different than anywhere else of the like. I will surely be back.

Amazing Eye Dr.!! This entire location made for such a great experience. Alternate View should be your new go to for eye care. Dr. Kassenbrock was great. Exam was on time and she took the time to explain the checks she was doing and her recommendations. And the staff here is phenomenal. They'll let you try on any number of pairs and help you find the best frames for your face. And everything got delivered ahead of schedule. Thanks all! (Plus parking is free and there's cake across the street... :)

I recently visited this location for lip filler with Liz, and the experience was wonderful from start to finish. The space is beautiful, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Liz did an amazing job. I showed her an inspo pic and she executed them perfectly. I couldn't be happier with my results and will definitely be back!
