We have been consistent with our appointments at this business and today we left on time for our appointment but every road was impacted by the recent snow. I called and said we'd be two minutes past the grace window and hoped for mercy, because, again, we've been CONSISTENT. Apparently two minutes is worth the client relationship. The woman who answered the phone was completely devoid of empathy. In a world where we don't know how hard people have to work to keep their heads, all I needed was two minutes. We will take our consistent business elsewhere.

We had such a wonderful experience here! I brought my daughter in for her eye appointment, and from start to finish the staff was incredibly kind and patient. My daughter has special needs, and they never once got frustrated or rushed her. Instead, they took the time to make her feel comfortable and supported. It meant so much to us as a family to be treated with such compassion and understanding. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this office to anyone looking for outstanding care for their children!

Absolutely amazing people!! Dr Wilson listened to all my concerns, spent so much time seeing my daughter and making sure she checked everything, my daughter got her glasses after only a week! And she's doing absolutely amazing with them! I'd highly recommend little eyes to absolutely everyone! The staff was fantastic too!

Nice setup to keep the kids engaged while waiting for the appointment. Very patient front office staff with respect to answering questions. Same goes with the doctor too. Took time to explain the condition and the recommendations. They are open until 5:30pm to accommodate school timings. Overall it was a good experience.
