Honestly, a million stars if I could. I cannot say enough great things about my experience today, specifically because of Erica. I came in needing new glasses for the first time in almost seven years, feeling completely overwhelmed and unsure of what would look right on me. Within minutes of working with Erica, all of that disappeared. All I told her was the general shape I was looking for and that I wanted something fun and full of personality and within two minutes, she had 7-8 pairs pulled that somehow all fit me perfectly. I genuinely loved every single one, which has never happened to me before. Erica was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and intentional throughout the entire process. She took the time to sit with me, talk through each option, and helped me narrow things down using thoughtful techniques like having me view just the frames without lenses, taking photos so I could see what others see, and offering honest, confident feedback without ever being "pushy." I always felt supported, never rushed. What stood out most was how clear it was that Erica truly loves what she does. After learning she's been doing this for 20 years, it made perfect sense...her expertise, eye for detail, and genuine care absolutely shine through. She made me feel confident, excited, and honestly really good about myself. Because of Erica, I am thrilled about my new glasses and cannot wait to get them. If you're even slightly unsure about picking frames, do yourself a favor and ask for Erica. She is a true professional and an absolute asset to this office!

I can't say enough great things about Dr. Avila she helped get my eye back to 100 percent, I had a the worse eye infection you can possibly think of went to two other eye doctors and Dr. Avila the one who did everything for me! She is the best!

I don't post reviews that often, but I feel my recent visit to this office for an eye exam/contacts warranted a review. I was easily able to make an appointment online two days prior; there were a variety of appointment times available. When I arrived, every staff member at the Carmel office was so friendly and helpful! The receptionist took the time to verify and explain my insurance coverage to me, my technician was very upbeat and patient with me during the vision tests, Dr. Meagan was all around awesome, and the woman with whom I purchased contacts got me set up with a years supply for a bargain. I believe they price match, but their pricing was better than the places I had found myself! To top it off, they told me it would be a few business days to get my new contacts... and they arrived the next day. Excellent experience. Thank you!

Shanaan & Erica are awesome, they know who I am as soon as I walk in. it's always a fun vibe with them chatting and laughing with me. I will continue to order with Erica, she never steers me wrong!!!

I've been a patient of Dr. Avila's for close to ten years. There's a reason I've stuck with her - she genuinely cares and shows interest in her patients, their well-being, and understanding of their condition, eyesight, etc. Today specifically was such a great experience. I had a medical condition flare-up, and Dr. Avila and her staff got me in the same day, quickly got me taken care of, and immediately found me a pharmacy that had a difficult medication to find (and pay for) at a fraction of the cost. This isn't the first time I have had this type of experience with Dr. Avila - it's consistent. I hope the staff and Dr. Avila see this review and are recognized for their care of their patients. She has been instrumental in helping me choose the perfect glasses and addresses all my customer care needs with such expertise and enthusiasm. Her knowledge about the products is impressive, and her fun, customer-centric approach makes every visit enjoyable. It's definitely worth the hour's drive for me to come to this location instead of the closer MyEyeDr offices.
