Thank you Chris Cabreros! And everyone else at this location. I had a baby a few months back and putting my needs first had become a struggle. Today I finally have a babysitter, time and money to go get my glasses handled. LUCKILY when I called there was one last available slot open to get seen today. I felt lost and unsure of what frame would look best on me now. Chris was a lifesaver. He made me feel welcome and assisted me. Now I have a new prescription and 2 new glasses that will be arrive soon. Earlier today I had an appointment at a different optical not at target and I arrived 3mins late. And they wouldn't see me. That experience made me feeling defeated. SO THANK YOU Target Optical for being there for me today.

I just left the store, and completely disappointed with the change of staff. I've been going to target optical at this location for years. In the past I've always been greeted and welcomed with kind words and a smile. I walk in today WITH THE INTENTION of purchasing glasses. I walked in and was completely ignored. I'd like to add that they weren't even helping other customers. It was a man and a woman and they walked past me on numerous occasions. Mind you the store isn't that large anyway. Decided to leave and will not be purchasing glasses there.
