TLC laser eye center provided the most excellent care and a great, stress free experience. Everyone was very informative leading up to the procedure, and see the same faces throughout. A great job from the staff.
Moments before the procedure, you briefly meet the doctor and immediately makes you feel comfortable. He talks to you the whole way through, which helps a lot during the most uncomfortable portion of it, which is extremely short. Well worth it, happy with the results and recovery is going well. Thank you!

TLC was great! I have been wanting to do this for years but was too nervous. I even went to a couple consults but felt like I was being "farmed" in for surgery. TLC Castle Creek was not like that at all. Amy was amazing, she talked to me and made me feel comfortable. And she REMEMBERED me each time I came in, which of course helped to calm my nerves. My surgery went well and I couldn't be happier with my eye sight or experience. I highly recommend them

I had an amazing experience from start to finish. Dr. Smith did an excellent job and was very nice and kind throughout the process. The procedure was so fast and essentially painless. I could tell an immediate difference in my vision and was seeing with at least 20/20 vision within 24 hours. I was very impressed with the friendless and knowledge of all the staff and physicians. If you're thinking about getting LASIK, don't hesitate. It's literally life changing. You can rest assured that the TLC staff and physicians will take great care of you.

Wonderful & friendly staff!! They explained the process down to every last detail and made me feel super confident and comfortable the day of my surgery. They were kind enough to get everything scheduled with my local optometrist and the doctor called to follow up with me the same evening of my surgery! My vision was great the same day after getting Lasik and continued to improve!! I would highly recommend these highly skilled and trained staff to anyone. The staff here was very patient with every question I had (and I feel like I had a lot of them). They didn't treat any question as if it was silly, and answered everything with a smile. I felt like a friend who was coming to see friends every time. The surgeon was very patient, and was very good about explaining everything I was going to experience before I went in for the operation, and kept me up to date on everything after the operation. They made sure to sanitize everything well before I interacted with it. For a procedure that I was very nervous about, they did an extremely good job of making sure I was as comfortable and confident as they possibly could. If you are thinking about Lasik, I honestly recommend TLC, and I strongly encourage you to jump in with both feet! They will make you feel at ease.

Could not be happier with my experience. Every member of the team I saw was knowledgeable, efficient, comforting, and professional. Dr. Frascella was amazing and guided me through the entire procedure. He even called me the night of my procedure to check in on me, which was a nice personable touch that reflects how much this practice cares about their patients. Woke up the next morning with 20/20 vision and minimal pain/discomfort. 10/10 overall experience and would recommend this practice to anyone.

The experience with the team was amazing! They are extra friendly, knowledgeable and personable. Procedure day my appointment was at 9 and I was back in the car on the way home at 930. Super fast easy and life changing. If money is an issue they have financing options available for any budget. The icing in the cake is the doctor that did my procedure called to follow up the next day and asked about any concerns or questions.
