Everyone was so kind and helpful! The doctor took time to explain her findings and recommendations, and the rest of the staff stepped up to help my 80+ yr old mom feel respected and cared for. They helped her be comfortable -- even holding the door for her and helping her in while I parked the car! Every point of contact was spot on. Every staff member cordial, friendly, & helpful.

Customer service is a bigtime trash. People here were lazy, seemed uninterested and unwilling to help, giving the impression they didn't care about customers at all. I had to wait far for assistance, and when I finally got it, the attitude was unhelpful and unprofessional. This kind of service reflects poorly on your business -- I hope management addresses issues like this and hold employees accountable and trained to provide better service. It only took 5 minutes to do their job. Got my contact lenses ordered at Warby Parker hassle-free just have to chill and wait for it to be mailed. Very nice!

I was very satisfied with the service and the product. She took the time to help me locate my insurance and choose my glasses. She was very thorough and effective

Update Oct 2023: BEWARE..went in and cancelled all of our orders in August after the shenanigans that were pulled by their staff. They still had the audacity to send a bill for the glasses THAT WERE CANCELLED and NEVER picked up. Photos are attached. Don't bother calling customer service they claim a "big storm is coming in and hang up on you.." SHADY BUSINESS. Don't waste your time! Our family of 4 went in for our yearly exam. The doctor was nice, the receptionist was nice, and the guy helping us pick out our glasses was nice. Getting your order and making sure your glasses are correct and fit was a complete nightmare. Two of our 3 pairs of glasses were ready. We show up around 6:30 and the guy behind counter huffed and puffed like we were putting him out coming in at that time. Asked us repeatedly if we were notified our order was ready, and had to state many times yes. Handed us our glasses, and did not check the fit or make sure we were seeing properly. My daughter had a few concerns about how tight they were and how they fit, but he was not wanting to address them. We were told to give it a week (glasses weren't comfortable, not an issue with the prescription) and we left as he wasn't going to help us. The third pair was to be ready on the 8th, we check in and there is no ETA. Can't get a hold of anyone at the store, and the 800 customer service line had a 20 minute wait hold. We finally get someone and they said the glasses failed inspection and it'll be another 9+ days. No one called or reached out to update us, so I requested a call from the store. No one called us back last night or today so I called the store again and FINALLY got an answer. The lady didn't care and basically said oh well no one updates us so we don't know... How is your process and procedures so broken that you can't provide updates to your customers? We will be cancelling the remaining order, returning the glasses we have and taking our business elsewhere.

The staff was very helpful in explaining lens options, payment and discounts, and and ensuring proper measurements for progressive lenses. I also watched them have a very caring and professional conversation with another potential customer who had a glasses problem. Dr. Penny was great and understood my medical issues. I would definitely go back to this store for my next eye exam.

Good job by my associate, except she had to give out glasses to a walk-in in the middle of my fitting because she was the only one on duty. You need to hire more people. Also, I was forced to come back for this fitting from the day before because I came in at 6:35 pm and the new glasses associates leave 1:2 hour early. Why if your open don't you have appropriate people on duty. Finally, you advertise 2nd pair FREE, but in very, very small print it doesn't apply to insurance. Print that in BIG print. Then if you use insurance 50 % off, but I still pay full price for non-glare & progressive & whatever. In other words we the customer get screwed.
