I forgot my Doctors name but she works Mondays and Tuesday... maybe one other day, she is THE BEST ... She made me feel like she was my daughter and she wanted to make sure her dad will be good ... The front of the house team were all so happy I joked with them and asked "Do all of your sing talk ? Its like being in a Walt Disney movie " Happy happy people... Great crew and a Super Hero as a doctor I strongly recommend and suggest to go here

I have been a loyal customer for many years, and these young women have provided the best service I've ever experienced. Visionworks--these employees truly deserve a raise. I had an outstanding experience at this location last night. Angie was very friendly and helpful with my intake assessment, initial exam, and with the selection processes and purchase of my new frames and lenses.
Dr. Colon was exceptional. She answered my many questions in detail and reviewed all of my options with me including potential surgical ones. She was very generous with her time and expertise. Overall I received excellent service and care.

This place is a 10/10! The exams were quick and efficient. Everyone was very patient with me especially recovering from strep throat it was hard to talk but they all met my needs well and I will continue coming back. Amazing service and employees!!

I arrived for a scheduled follow-up appointment from my previous visit. During check-in, Caitlin the receptionist repeatedly questioned me about what medical issues I was being seen for and insisted on this information in a demanding manner. I felt uncomfortable, as this information should already have been documented from my prior visit and is sensitive in nature.
Additionally, she repeatedly demanded proof of medical insurance and stated that I would be required to pay out of pocket, without first allowing clarification or verification of my existing information.
The interaction felt unprofessional and unnecessarily intrusive. As a result of this experience, I will not be returning to this location, despite having had a positive experience with the doctor during my previous visit.
I expect patient privacy, clear communication, and respectful treatment when attending a medical appointment, and I hope this issue is reviewed to prevent similar experiences for other patients.

Everything went well, they are very friendly and patient. Gisela was my helper and was phenomenal. ...can't wait for my glasses to come back and come back for the second pair!!

I took my foster kiddos to get glasses as theirs were not sent with them and the kids were really struggling.
The ladies out front were AMAZING!! So kind and helpful.
My kids had been with me for 1 night so we were still getting to know each other and working on boundaries.
They spilt some drink in the lobby and then touched a piece of equipment that they should not have, and then the Dr. was on edge from that point on.
She was quite harsh and rude when the kids were struggling to answer questions or fighting her on the eye drops.
When the kids left the room, I explained that I had just received them last night and they were working through a lot and STILL she didn't change her attitude with them. She was rude and sent us on our way.
Again, the ladies out front were amazing and I'm so thankful for their understanding and kindness towards my kiddos.
I was severely disappointed with the experience we had with the doctor.
