Best eye doctor I have been to in years! It is a little tricky getting in as a new patient because they have so many patients. But I got on the waiting list and was seen within 1 month. The staff is the nicest you'll find and Dr. Bradford Coers is very patient and explains everything very well down to the last detail. And the associates in the glasses department are a hoot! They are not pushy and encourage you to take you time trying on glasses. They told me if I wanted to try on every pair then so be it. I have worked with a few other places in Columbus and I highly recommend Coers!

They treat you like their own family. By far the best eye care provider in the Columbus area. They have squeezed me in same day for an urgent appointment and had follow up appointments without any problems. I even had to call and reschedule my follow up for a little later the same day and they were more than willing to accommodate. Dr. Coers is friendly and professional, he explains everything clearly and thoroughly. They have an excellent selection of Oakley, Ray Ban, Vera Bradley, Maui Jim, Nike, a lot more that I can't remember. They are fairly quick to get stuff back and if there is a delay they are great about checking and calling you with an update. I really can't say enough about them. I highly recommend them for all of your eye care needs.

You can tell right off the bat that everyone here cares about their patients. They were super efficient, but also took time to be personable, and even interacted with my toddler. I never once felt like they were annoyed by my toddler being there. I had a follow up appointment after two weeks and they all remembered her. Overall, I had an amazing experience and will continue going to Coers Family Eyecare!
