Would have been 5 Star had the Corporate Office provided adequate staffing. As it were, with Minimum staff available, the Technicians were Professional & Courteous, but Rushed in Every Interaction. Facility was clean. Restroom was handicap accessible & meticulously clean. Waits are long whether one has an appointment or is a walk-in. This would also be solved by providing more staff. My prescription is Great! My eyes relaxed as soon as I put the glasses on. The fit needs to be adjusted - which creates a problem. I do not drive (due to health restrictions) & am on a fixed income. I really wish we had been accommodated with a fitting appointment and perhaps the return trip could have been avoided. As it is, I have to decide if I want an "eye strain" headache or a "pressure headache" from the arm tips pressing in. I did request the arms be adjusted in at delivery - which was graciously accommodated. However, I believe we could have detected the tightness with a bit more time/attention.

First, when you call and get a female she speaks so fast you can't hear her name, second you go to pick up your $600 glasses and they give you a case they don't fit in (geez thanks for designer glasses with a case that doesn't fit) then you call and get talked over and spoken to like you don't know what you're talking about! She didn't need 2 pair of glasses period. So if it was going to cost money you should have told us, whether it cost the insurance fund money or the bill was coming from you! If you want a good eye Dr go here but I warn you the staff is NOT it! Very bad

If you are looking for a new optometrist, this is not the place to go. They will text you 3 times to confirm your appointment, but won't bother to contact you if their doctor is running really behind. I had an appointment for 10:45 and I arrived at the requested 15 minutes before said appointment. Once I'm inside, I'm told that the doctor was 40 minutes behind with two patients in front of me. I had my kid and my husband waiting in the car for me; so obviously I can't wait that long. I then ask to reschedule only to find out I would have to wait 3 weeks for a new appointment... They did offer to send me to one of their other locations in Shelbyville and Greenwood. Only if I was okay with traveling, but I already traveled half an hour to this location so I'm going to have to pass. If patients are required to be on time for their appointments, the doctor should be held to the same standard. At the very least give your patients a heads up instead of telling them when they arrive to their appointments.

Very friendly, polite, and informative employees. They are quick you don't sit and wait Long at all. And the doctor explains everything very well in detail

I have been a customer here for over 3 years. Everything is explained during my exam and the staff are very friendly and helpful with frame suggestions. I will definitely be back.

Dr. Dobbins is amazing and I would recommend her to anybody. She answers all your questions and does not make you feel rushed. Glad she came to Columbus.

Happy to find a eye doctor that listens and dosent charge extra fees. That insurance wont cover. That they expect you to pay out of pocket.

Great experience. Dr. Dobbins took great care of me and the staff was very friendly, meeting all of my eye care needs.
