I usually only leave good reviews, but I needed to warn people.
Went there over a year ago for an eye exam, with the insurance that I have used for years which has always covered 100% of the preventative maintenance exams, only to be billed a year later for the exam. They tried to make out as though they were doing a favor by not submitting the exam to insurance and made up a story that they called the insurance company, but when I talked directly to my insurance company they verified that there were no records of them reaching out. The insurance also verified that the exam should have been free, and it was too late now to file a claim as a year is past the deadline to file (6 months is the deadline). Also the glasses we purchased already lost the nose piece, with careful, only occasional wear for reading, and those were over $400. Do not use unless you like wasting money or hearing excuses. I will change this review if it can be explained to me how our new vision center didn't have any issues covering our exams in full under the same exact insurance for our yearly exams.
