I have been a longtime patient of Dr Bigham. When I went to pick out my glasses I was stunned to find out about the convenience fee of $9.91 to use my card. I was given the option of paying with cash or check without the fee. I had neither with me. Then she just stared at me. I was so stunned I guess because when I was there in November of last year no fee was charged. I paid the fee. I may have to find another eye doctor because that's ridiculous. I'm sure they will give me some kind of explanation that they had to pass the fee onto us because the practice just couldn't afford to keep paying the fee themselves. I was not prepared to pay the fee. If I had known about it I would have brought a check. I like my eye doctor very much, he is a very nice person I'll be looking for a new one for this year's exam.
