After a lifetime of wearing glasses, I've gotten pretty familiar with eye doctors and glasses stores. This place is easily one of the best, they are my go to.
Dr. Clark knows exactly what he's doing, the staff are friendly, and the whole process is always easy. On top of that, the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended based on my experiences!
Susan was very helpful. I had ordered contacts but after my pregnancy, I was not able to wear them because of how dry my eyes were. She helped me with ease and was very knowledgeable. And helped me get my refund. The staff was very kind and helpful. When I got my eyes examined, I was in and out quickly and was also given my prescription in case I needed to order glasses from somewhere else.
I came to see about purchasing new glasses specifically the buy one get one deal. found out the so called free pair would cost me over $300 so decided to just go with one using my insurance. The salesman said they do accept VSP but that the coverage isn't very good. I ended up paying almost $500 for one pair WITH my insurance. Looking at my receipt when i left i realized he put stuff on there without asking like the 1 yr replacement plan(I'm 52 yrs old i don't need replacement insurance) and never asked about tint. So i called back to have them remove the insurance and add the transition lens that i wanted. I paid the extra over the phone and asked if when i picked up would i receive a new receipt that included everything, he said yes. well i picked up and got just a receipt for the transition that was added. figuring it all up between the 3 receipts i see they didn't remove the insurance and also found out they are OUT OF NETWORK for vsp and that is why they cost me so much. Had the man been honest about that I would have went somewhere else in network to get my glasses cause in network almost everything is covered in full. Very unhappy and will never go there again. Pick up was crap too as he rushed and ran off to help someone else before i could even ask for my receipt or dispute any charges. i might just call vsp and my FSA account and tell them to not cover the charges at all and give the glasses back
i drove an hour out of my way for same day glasses after my only pair broke. i expected..not much. boy was i surprised.
the exam? so affordable, even with dilation. frames? also actually affordable!! not affordable in the way where you can only afford dated or honestly kinda ugly frames, they have ADORABLE selections at GREAT prices! if you don't have insurance, no worry! it's buy one, get one for you!
don't even get me started on staff. i loved every single person i interacted with, especially ricky. you guys need to give that man a raise or i might riot. he's so fun to talk to, hilarious and bubbly, and so helpful.
Went to get 2 pairs of glasses after I had eye surgery and had a very difficult time seeing my computer at work and reading information on my cellphone. I was told they had to send out to have the glasses made and it would be 3 days to get them in. On the 4th day I called to see where my glasses were and after being put on hold for 5 minutes, I was told it would be 3 more days before they would be in and I was given no explanation for the delay. I called back 3 days later and was told by the assistant manager that the glass had come in 3 days ago but they were backed up installing the glass into the frames and it would be another day before they would be ready. I finally got a call telling me they had good news and bad news, the good news was they had 1 pair of glasses done but the had messed up the 2nd pair by flipping the prescription and they would have 2 send them back and it would be another 3 days before they would comeback. So my complaint is 1. They don't make the glasses there.
2. They are understaffed to make the glasses once they are shipped back.
3. I was not compensated for my inconvenience.
I don't know how a business can make so many mistakes on one simple order for glasses! Went in on a Thursday ordered glasses told they'd be there on Monday of the following week went in to pick them up on Monday and told that they would be there at the end of the week that there was some kind of mistake that they made. Went back on Friday took forever to find the order, and then another excuse stating that they would rush it and have them ready for me to pick up Saturday morning. Call Saturday morning to tell me that they put the lens in the wrong side and messed up the prescription so there will be another delay. Go somewhere else!
I had to go in multiple times due to issues with one of my lenses being off, found out after another eye exam, my initial exam prescription was off. After getting my glasses a third time, I didn't realize there was an issue until I get home and one of the screws holding the right lense in is super long. You can even see it from the front of the frames. I expect better quality after paying over $300 and two eye exams later....not going back.
Only positive was the customer service , everyone I encountered was very nice and willing to help.
I am absolutely amazed... I've been wearing glasses over 40 years... This was the first time it was extremely simple and easy... The in-house Dr was extremely nice and made the exam experience wonderful... Albanie went above and beyond, I recently changed jobs and my insurance had changed, she found it for me very quickly and then helped me pick out an awesome frame. The entire staff was extremely friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back and recommending them to my friends and family!!!
