Amazing! And I don't use that term lightly. I've had many, many annual eye exams in my life (in different cities and organizations) and this team was the most efficient (so fast, yet effective and professional) I've ever experienced. Also, Dr. Alberts was outstanding! So knowledgeable, and spoke to me with respect, and patiently answered my questions, as a partner in my eye health should. Kudos!

Staff is great and friendly except for Dr Alexander. I had an appointment 2 days earlier and she refused to see me because of my contact prescription. She made a big deal and agreed with another employee about it. She never spoke to me, walked by as fast as she could and never even looked my way. Very unprofessional. I feel that if she had an issue she should have came to me and explained what the issue was. As far as I know she did not like that I have one power for one eye and another for the other eye. I will continue to do business at this location but will always make sure I do not have an appointment with her. I will also tell anyone I know that goes there to never go to her.

Dr. Alberts is AMAZING and was great with both of our kids (teens). Dr. Alberts wad energetic, passionate, friendly and wonderful with overall patient care and concern!
The staff is friendly and efficient, the cost for glasses and contacts was extremely fair with the quality we received.
We were very happy with our visit yesterday!

Everything was just too fast once I went back with Alberts... She had me jumping from cataract surgery (had never been told I had cataracts before) when she thought I was on Medicare to making me be able to see better than ever before and then we were done..I didn't get a summary of my visit... Just my prescription which I am taking anywhere else
