Follow-up: I came in Jan 9th and had Manny fit my glasses. Wow, what a difference. I can SEE! He was very kind and knew exactly what was wrong with my frames, he adjusted them within minutes. I wish he had been the person to help me from the start. Thank you, Manny! Very disappointed with the service I received. The young lady that placed the order for my new frames and lenses was very aloof. The level of service she provided was equivalent to going through a fast food drive-thru. I had questions about the Progressive Lenses she suggested, she told me there would be 3 areas within the lenses that allow you to see more clearly. After that brief description she said I could replace the lenses for free if I did not like them. The day I picked up my new glasses the same young lady helped me. When I put them on at the store I could not see clearly, she said this was typical and told me to not wear them home. She said to put them on the next morning immediately after I wake up. Needless to say, I was disappointed the next day. Not only was I not able to see clearly but the glasses fit to big and did not sit properly on my ears. I live an hour away from Evansville, so it will be at least a week before I can go back and hopefully get an associate that knows what they're doing. Note- I primarily wear contacts, and have not purchased new glasses in 9 years. I was excited to get these glasses because I now need bifocals and my contacts no longer seem to work as well. This experience has left me concerned that I will not be able to see clearly no matter what I do. I also felt like the people at myOptix Family Eyecare let me down and did not care about me as an individual.

I always feel well-Informed on my eye health with Dr. Sharpe. He genuinely cares about me and my family. Mannie makes picking glasses out so fun! He knows what I like and makes it super easy. Everyone is courteous and helpful.

I've been going here for a couple years now and I love it! Recently got an eye exam and when I got my glasses I suspected my prescription was a little wrong and needed to be tweaked. They got me back in immediately and fixed everything right up. Professional, competent, and courteous!

I see Dr Sharp within this practice. He is absolutely wonderful. Knowledgable. Kind. I wouldn't want to see anyone else. The staff at this building have room to grow. I've been with this practice for at least 5 years now. I wish I could find such an amazing eye doctor with better office staff. They have "forgotten" to order my contacts at least three other times after taking my money. I've been without contacts for 2.5 weeks now waiting for them to get their stuff together. They offered me 5 days of trial contacts to 'get me through' even though they tell you it's 5-7 BUSINESS days to receive the contacts. I feel the appropriate thing when they are at fault of an error would be to at least provide me the amount of contacts to get me through until they are ACTUALLY ORDERED. Even after I requested more pairs to last me until THEIR error is corrected, they refused. 5 days was "more than enough" apparently. Spoke with Ashley during this most recent interaction. She did offer an apology but continued to refuse to correct the problem appropriately. I stay at this practice because Dr Sharp is wonderful. I would leave if not for him because the office staff is consistently terrible to deal with.

Spent money on family members designer frames and frames for myself. Spent a lot of money here. Recently had an interaction with Lisa. She's terrible. Very condescending. If I ever saw her alone she'd be frightened. Never had an issue with anyone else here. Lisa is TERRRRRIBLE. Big sloppy

Best eye care experience I've ever had! I can see again and they were super nice. I received contacts for the 1st time and they made it so easy. Absolutely love them.

MyOptix FAMILY EyeCare is a great place to get your eyes checked and also pick up a nice pair of new glasses.

I have been going to Dr. Sharp for years. He also took care of my mother. He is so understanding and kind. Because of his thorough eye exam, he noticed a possible medical issue with me. I quickly got busy and was able to get the situation under control. I will always be thankful for that and the compassion he showed to my mother. The staff is wonderful as well. They are always cheerful and helpful. I highly recommend them.
