Dr Pratt is very professional and thorough in addressing every issue and finding the solutions that works. I love the office and the way in which I am greeted and treated in the payment process. A great place!!!!

Im so glad I found Ridgeway Eye care. Dr Russ was the best and so are all the staff. I really appreciate how they helped me feel comfortable and they explained everything.. They are the best!!!!

Great staff and whenever I have an issue, they get me in to see my doctor. I've been a patient for years.

I've gone here for 20 years to Dr. pratt helped with an eye abrasion from a stuck contact but could not wear contacts for 5 weeks per Talley eye care. I needed glasses to drive and he never returned my call about getting some glasses said my next eye exam was in October and couldn't get me in any sooner! I need to drive and can't see. Called him back 3 times with no return calls. Talley eye said he could make me glasses based on my last exam to get me by, apparently he didn't care. I have an autistic son who i drive to his job daily so need to be able to drive asap. My eyes had not changed in the last eight years! but just never had back up glasses. always wore contacts but now can't! Thank goodness called eye glass world he did my exam said eyes were better and will have my glasses this week. was so dissapointed in Ridgeway I had always been a good patient and like Dr. Pratt but was so dissapointed how i was treated!

Staff are friendly and helpful when you check in. The staff that takes you back and gets you ready to see the doctor are thorough and professional. Dr. Pratt is kind and has a great "bedside manner". He does a wonderful job making you feel heard and making sure everything is right before you leave. I definitely recommend this business. Update: I recently had an emergency appointment with Dr Russ. I just wanted to say that if I were a new client, I would not hesitate to see Dr Russ. He, like Dr Pratt, is friendly, informative, and professional.

They're always so kind and knowledgeable. The ladies take their time with me and explain everything in great detail. It's just always a pleasure to see them every year. Plus a great selection of eyewear!!

Dr. Pratt is a talented eye doctor, but there have been a few times where the ball was dropped by him or his staff throughout my time as a patient. I've been a patient of his for over 10 years now, but in recent years, I haven't found my visits with him to be all that pleasant. He barely notices me and has this strange arrogant, apathetic air about him. I always hate how I feel by the end of each appointment and will no longer deal with it. I just missed my last appointment after forgetting its date but will not be rescheduling. I've wanted to switch doctors for a long while now and am heading to McWilliams. It's sad how this place seemingly takes their patients for granted.

Ridgeway employees are great. They treat everyone in my family and are very respectful. The doctor that worked with my son is a Blessing!!! He talked to my son and asked him questions. My son felt so empowered. I love the interaction between them. My son was able to express himself and the doctor heard and respected him. I just love the doctor.
