Perfect Experience on my last visit. Everyone is nice and polite, and gives me that extra time since I am a bit on the slow side. This check up was to take pics of the inside of my eyes, and check the pressures, which were Great!! Dr. Dukar has done some Lazer surgery on my eye as well to get the pressure down, and the 4 eye drops I am on now are doing a great job of keeping those pressures under control. One eye is worthless and can't see a thing with that nasty cataract and glaucoma, however we will just stay positive that someone will figure out how to heal glaucoma, that would be Awesome!! Was sent to them for glaucoma emergency. After a couple of visits Dukar said surgery. Was treated curtly by most staff. (One nurse and one billing clerk were nice) No one ever explained one single thing about the surgery just had me schedule and pay them up front. Cancelled surgery got second opinion. Surgery not needed drops took care of issue. Now a month later and still no refund for surgery!!!! Was told waiting on insurance before they can refund! Do not recommend!!! Avoid and go elsewhere.

Excellent, highly competent and caring service. I can't praise this eye practice highly enough. The Doctor and staff are both helpful, and compassionate, and they all went out of their way to assist me. They explained my medical problem in detail and directed me toward healing by answering all of my questions patiently and straightforwardly. I strongly recommend the Eye Group to anyone who seeks quality eye care. And frankly, I'm baffled by some negative reviews I have read here. That has not been my experience, or the experience of friends who have chosen the Eye Group.

My previous ophthalmologist retired and I needed an ophthalmologist because of psoriatic arthritis affecting my eyes. I got in quickly, but it was because of a neighbor who goes there. Dr. B. (Not sure of spelling) got me in quickly and my eyes are doing much better--He is excellent!! Thank you, to my neighbor, Lynn and her husband.

Rude staff, They do NOT care about their patients. My father in laws vision is getting worse, but they want to move his visits to every three months. After calling the answering service and not getting a call back, we called again and they were rude and insisted we never called. And when we asked to get him in sooner, she was very rude, transfered the call twice before we finally got to schedule an appointment. If his insurance would pay to go somewhere else we would. He's changing insurance this year so hopefully he can change doctors. DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR VISION.THEY DON'T CARE.

Ths place is a joke. I asked to get copies of Coltens records sent to another eye doctor and they said it would cost me to ge it sent so, I said I would pick them up and it would still cost but if another doctor calls theycan send them free of charge. I told her it is amazing thati paythebill, it isunder my insurance ,and he is my son and I get charged but a doctor can call and get them free. The office manager even hung up on ne cause she saidIwas arguing with her when I asked basic questions. When I get there she gives me a form and says if I want the papers i will have to fill out to form and wont talk to me or answer any questions. Then says she will call some one to get me out cause she wont answer any questions or let me say what the person I initially talked to said to me. Wow, what an impressive person and company . You have made a great choice of a person to represent your business

Waiting on my wife was here several hours the blond receptionist was very rude with people not very friendly. She was very disrespectful to a veteran. All of the people in the waiting room noticed. I wouldn't come here personally.

Best pair of glasses I've ever had! Friendly staff and awesome doctors!
