I will never buy lenses from the optical department again. The lenses that were ordered are bifocals and I want Shamir progressive . : No, bifocals and Shamir progressive lenses are not the same, though both are types of multifocal lenses. Traditional bifocals have a visible line separating the distance and near vision zones, while progressive lenses have no lines and provide a seamless transition across three vision zones: distance, intermediate, and near. Shamir makes various types of lenses, including both traditional bifocal options (like the invisible Shamir DUO, which is a type of "no-line bifocal") and advanced progressive lenses (like Shamir Autograph Intelligence).

I just did a review and it was already taken down evidently. I was told by 2 different employees Here I was paid in full. 5 hours later I received a text message invoice telling me I still owed 97 dollars. Having my glasses less than a month one of the nose pads came off. I came in thinking my glasses had some kind of warranty. They said they found one to fit and normally it would be a 10 dollar charge but they gave me this one for free this time. I'm looking for another vision care center next time. Dr. Baker and his staff are very caring and professional. The staff is friendly and inform you of all cost as they go. Dr. Baker cares about his clients, I had an issue and I was worked into the schedule, he went above and beyond to help me to heal and get out of pain. I can't say enough good about this practice, I highly recommend.

After having an eye exam by Dr. Miller my vision changed for the worst. Before the exam I only had trouble driving at night. Now after having the exam done I have trouble focusing in the daytime. I don't know what they did to my eyes during that exam but it has taken my good daytime vision away. I wish I never went to her. She doesn't speak good english enough for you to understand what she's telling you about your eyes. The only l word I understood her saying was insurance and she used it three different times. But the rest of her conversation was unintelligible. What did they do to alter my eyesight? They put two different eye drops in my eyes and used a very bright light flash in both eyes. I won't let anyone ever to do that to me again, that's for sure. What did they do to me to cause the decline in my vision???
