I had a really great experience with my eye doctor and the entire staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The doctor was thorough, explained everything clearly, and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. The appointment was efficient but still felt personal. I truly appreciated the care and professionalism and would definitely recommend them to others.

Dr Ogle took extra time to make sure my prescription was what I needed. I have tried 2 other doctors at other places and I couldn't see clearly with my glasses. I will definitely go back to Dr Natalie Ogle for my next prescription. As soon as I put my glasses on I was amazed at how I could read the small print. Brittany took time to make sure my glasses fit and was comfortable for me. Visionworks is my new place to get my glasses. I will tell all my friends how good they are.

Every time I've been here the Drs are phenomenal but the office staff is terrible. They're always very rude, dismissive, and unknowledgeable.
Update: it got worse. This is the final time I'm going here. After my eye exam I ordered 3 months worth of contacts all totaling well over 150.00. almost a month later, my contacts never arrived. This was odd as ar check out they asked what supply I wanted, confirmed my mailing address, etc. No contacts. And from what I can find, they never changed me either? (Thankfully) I only found this out after nearly a month not received and having to check all my bank accounts for the charge. Final straw.

The staff & eye doctor at the Eastland Mall location are knowledgeable, efficient & caring. I had several appointments the day I scheduled my eye exam & had too much time between them, so I wanted to spend some of that time finding the frames I wanted so I would only have to do the exam when I came for my appointment. I found the frames & discussed billing & lens features & was in/out of my appointment in under 30 minutes! It was awesome service!

I was very pleased & felt welcome from the min I walked in their office. I stop in to make sure they took my ins & to make an appt. I was hoping to get seen soon cuz I'm the type when I think about having my eyes ck I want it done as soon as possible with that being said ins was good them made my appt 2 wks out but before I even got home that Fri evening they had called & said that they have a appt open for Monday if I wanted it. So I took it. Then when I went in for my appt again I was greeted as soon as I walked in. & the Dr she was rather young looking but I felt she took the time to explain everything she was doing & what she felt would be best for me with getting my new glasses the prices wasn't to bad but the no line bifocals are expensive no matter where you go I would recommend vision work in Eastland mall in Evansville, Indiana

Everyone worked together for a fulfilling experience. Each one kind and pleasant! That is rare nowadays! Great atmosphere for selecting frames. I also appreciated the entrance on the outside of the mall so I did not have to go into the mall.

Made an appointment but because I didn't answer when they called to confirm they automatically cancelled it. That makes no sense to me. The girl at the check-in was not friendly at all. I found her lip smacking n slurping on the mint in her mouth discussing n unprofessional. Nobody wants to hear that.
