Started coming here after going to another eye care facility in town. This place has A much nicer facility compared to the other place. The staff is very friendly and very overgoing. Would definitely recommend this place to anybody. I have nothing bad to say about them and the office manager, I think her name was Lori is top-tier in my Eye doctor I think her name was Dr. Brewer was phenomenal. 10/10

Everyone was polite and made me feel at home. They ran some tests on me and by the time I saw the Dr she knew most of what I had going. They got my glasses back in less than two weeks. I am very happy here and have a one year follow up exam. Thank you!

The office manager, Lori today was rather rude. Not sure why it hurts to be nice. lies to me about taking my insurance. They do, but said they do not. Runs my insurance and says I can't be seen until January 2026. Yet called yesterday with my insurance on the phone saying I'm able to be seen every 6 months. January 2026 is a year from my last visit. They marked me as a no-call no-show after I called in and canceled the appointment with one of their people at the front desk. Very disorganized. Find a different eye Dr.

This is largely a review of just Dr Stephen Simpson. I have been going here for quite a few years in a row now. Dr Simpson is great, he really seems to care, there is no upselling of anything, just straightforward exams. He does my yearly diabetic eye exam and is very thorough.

This office doesn't want the best for you, they only want your money. The office manager Lori was INCREDIBLY rude, and hateful to my Grandmother about her insurance. I would strongly encourage you to go to a different facility, and know your coverage. It would also be a nice touch if they at least greeted patients whenever they walk through the door. This place is miserable.

Dr. Bigham is totally super nice and is an outstanding doctor... !!! She gave me one of the best exams that I have ever had. The office employees were also very polite and accommodating. I will definitely be telling my friends to start going to this office.
