I want to give a huge shoutout to all the girls in the office during my 2 PM visit on 12/11/2025. I didn't get everyone's names, but every single one of you was truly top-tier. I'm so thankful I ended up in your care. You made the whole exam easy, had me laughing, and made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. Honestly, that was the best doctor visit I've ever had. It felt like just the girls hanging out instead of an eye exam, which is a major compliment. Keep doing exactly what you're doing -- you ladies are amazing.

I can not say enough kind things about this office. I had a really great experience here. The manager stopped by and dropped off some cards so I decided to make an appointment. I felt welcomed the moment I walked in. Piper took me back to the room promptly and got me started. When Dr. Berube did my exam, she took extra time to advise me on some issues I've been having and I really appreciated the care! I've never felt like an optometrist has done more than get me in and out & this was definitely a much different experience. Lexi helped me pick out some really pretty frames and while I was getting checked out, all the girls up front had conversation with me and made me feel very comfortable. I'd highly recommend this office to anyone wanting professional, kind care!

This office is so kind and welcoming! I learned more about my vision than previous eye doctors have told me, and when picking out glasses, the ladies in the front actually helped me pick them out and gave advice on if they looked good on my face (I was nervous to get glasses that were too big). They were making conversation and actually trying to get to know my husband and I. Other places don't take the time to do that, and it truly felt like patient centered care which isn't easy to find. I was super excited about the sunglasses promotion, and I found such a cute pair, and when I received a call the shade I was hoping for wasn't available, they even remembered how much I loved the pair and wanted to check with me if they could do this other shade instead, which I said yes, but I thought it was so sweet they remembered how excited I was about them! Easily would suggest this place to anyone. You'll be welcomed, cared for, and not rushed at all while you make your selection and ask your questions. They were explaining everything to us and took their time too. The doctor is also amazing and kind - took time to listen to my concerns and educate me on my vision and not rush me in and out the door like other places.

Lexi at the front is always so helpful when my family comes in! This office has a calm energy to it & very kid & family-friendly! We will continue going to this location as long as we live in this area!

Jad our 1st experience with Dr. Tavel in Fishers/Geist today. Absolutely hands down the best experience ever...and we have been everywhere! Great doctor, knowledgeable and friendly staff and excellent prices. We have found our new home for our family's eyecare!
