Dr, Bickel and her staff are outstanding, I drive from out of state to see her and would not trust anyone else with my families eye care. They are always friendly, kind, and more than willing to help with whatever concern arises. Her assistant Tori goes out of her way to make both of my boys feel comfortable. Dr. Bickel is very knowledgable and has caught issues that other doctors have missed. The office staff is always well prepared and makes check in/out very easy and they go out of their way to answer any questions we have regarding insurance or ordering contacts or glasses. I have never had a negative encounter when I have been in the office or had to call in. This is why I continue to travel several hours to this office, it is well worth the peace of mind I feel after the exams knowing my family has had the best care by a great doctor, her assistant, and staff.

I had my new glasses prepared and done within a timely matter, the staff are always a pleasure to be around and they do their best to help however they can with insurances and offers they have in store.

A simple ask of the front office to provide an "expired" eyewear prescription. My eyesight has not changed. They stated HIPPA guidelines which I informed them was incorrect. They stated they could print it out and then I would need to come in. Refused to give it over the phone because it was expired which makes no sense. They just want to make more money. Optometrists are great but their staff are horrible and condescending.

Review: I had an excellent experience at MyEyeDr. From start to finish, the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. The gentleman who greeted me made me feel welcome right away. The entire process was seamless. I highly recommend this office! Summary of Visit: The appointment took 30-45 minutes. The front desk staff checks you in, reviews your paperwork, and then you'll complete the exam. During the eye exam, the optometrist assesses my vision and ask me questions about my eye health (very friendly and patient), Afterward, I browsed through the frames and made a selection. The staff briefly explain what to expect as they prepare my glasses and the exam is complete. The glasses were ready in about a week, and I picked them up after a couple of days. During my 2nd visit they ask that I try on the glasses. They made some minor adjustments to make sure the glasses felt comfortable on my face. The optometrist did an excellent job getting an accurate prescription , (I've had bad experiences at other places) but this one got it right the first time, in fact my first response was "Wow I can actually see now!" I highly recommend MyEyeDr located 11720 Olio Road, Fishers, IN 46037 One last bit of information: Save time by completing forms online before your visit.

Avoid this branch especially the "so called" general manager . Left less than glowing reviews after they requested feedback regarding my visit . The general manager threatened to hang the phone up after I told him about my issues . AVOID THIS BRANCH

My husband and I have been return customers to MyEyeDr for several years now but there is never a smooth experience for us. We have been giving it another chance every time and we are ready to find another eye doctor. We have been going to the Olio Road location. We got our annual eye check up yesterday and the new eye glass consultant (a different woman from the last year) was not friendly at all, didn't acknowledge us when we sat down and just seemed unhappy to be there. She then told us that the only option for picking reading glass frames was for us to pick from the cheap section located in the back of the store. We asked why it was different from years prior because we always got to pick our frames from the front selection. We both have eye insurance that covers up to $250 on frames. She still insisted that we pick from the back until my husband asked what our coverage was and if it had changed (not that we made any changes). She then said we could browse the front, after she had to admit that we have coverage for $250 each. Anyway, it made us feel like low class citizens and even after we picked frames, she was not friendly with the rest of the transaction. Why do you hire people that aren't knowledgeable or even want to be there in the first place, treating customers badly??? So frustrating when every year, you cannot look forward to going to your eye exam.

The negative reviews are not warranted. Staff was excellent! I was greeted warmly, and the receptionist had all my information pulled and ready when I walked in the door. I waited no more than 5 minutes to be seen by the doctor, and she answered any questions I had. The sales lady who helped me pick frame and lenses knew exactly how pricing worked with insurance, and encouraged me to try on as many frame as possible, despite having to sanitize them all afterwards. Great experience, and I left with exactly what I needed with zero problems!

The staff are kind and willing to help you out in a time of need. From the desk workers to the doctors they are quick with assistance while taking time to support each need of the patient. They are professional, patient, and very knowledgeable.
