I'll keep it a buck this review is long overdue and maybe long in general. My uncle is an optometrist so I've generally got strong opinions on the experience. At this point I've been going to myeyedr on 96th for a few years since his retirement - I have a hard time imagining going elsewhere. I've been fortunate enough to have the same doctor (Fiddler) each time and the team is always incredibly helpful. The reason I'm here, however, is I owe a special shoutsout to Emily who has put up with my bs for a grip now. We've progressed from me taking 2.5 hours to find a pair of frames that I like to being able to get in and out 30 minutes flat. She's knowledgeable, consistent, honest, and kind hearted. It's rare to meet individuals as passionate and personable in any industry full stop. Everyone I've met at this location is genuinely wonderful and there is something comforting about knowing that I am in good hands. Honorable mentions to Martin, Polly, and Chris - I reckon the current team knows how much I truly appreciate them. Thanks for being great.

The doctor was very knowledgable and had a great disposition. The staff was very patient and kind. I ended up deciding to order new glasses (vs replacing the lenses on my current ones) and even though it was near closing time, the staff was very patient, helpful, and friendly.

I have used MyEyeDr several times to purchase eyeglasses and have always been satisfied. All of the opticians are very kind, patient, and helpful when I've been trying to find just the right frame. Today I visited the 96 th street location and Steve was incredibly patient and helpful with me and spent all the time I needed in order to make a decision. He took my photo, waited patiently while I called friends on FaceTime for approval, and did not pressure me. I am very pleased with the level of care and courtesy of Steve and the other personnel at MyEyeDr.

Very kind and helpful staff! I needed glasses for the first time and they helped me tons with the whole process. My doctor educated me on the parts of my eye they were examining and what their findings meant. Then I got a TON of help picking frames and was well informed about the different add-ons I was offered. Very satisfied :)

Just completed my annual exam with MyEyeDr, my new vision center family. The docs and staff could not have been more gracious. Best customer service experience ever. The staff r phenomenal. Julie Pfligenstofer is amazing. The shear volume of people in the store was a little daunting, but everyone hustled and not one customer was ignored or neglected. I was surprised by my seamless vision process orchestrated and lead by my consultant Julie. I received a thorough exam, was provided excellent service and advise with my glasses purchase, and I am extremely happy with my choices. I am looking forward to the short turn around time when my glasses will be ready. I recommend u give this location a try. Although very busy, Julie made me feel I was her one, and only customer. Julie deserves a big raise. The entire staff deserves a raise. I have found my forever vision care home. Lou Esposito

Outstanding service that was above and beyond expectations. Dr Fiddler and Courtney are amazing. I went in to see if they would adjust my bent wire frame glasses that I didn't even purchase here. Not only did Courtney adjust them perfectly, but she also took out the lenses and cleaned them and the frames and installed new nose pads. To me that was incredible. Thank you, Courtney and Dr. Fiddler.

Love Dr. Silke ... been seeing him for years. I have a very unique prescription and he keeps me 20/20. And Julie was delightful. She gave me honest feedback on frames and helped me with payment options since this was my first time paying out of pocket. Honestly the entire staff was kind and helpful.

Dr Fiddler got me going with LASIK a year ago and every follow up since that Ive had with this office has been quick, easy, and they're very professional. Always enjoy my visits. One of the best decisions of my life was to get LASIK, and the initial process started here. Love this office.
