I cannot express my gratitude enough. First of all, the fact that they're open on a Saturday, is awesome! Secondly, they are a half a mile from where I live. My experience with checking in at the desk, the doctors assistant, the doctor, and the gentleman that helped me through the process of getting my glasses, showed me nothing less than common courtesy, respect, and compassion as I was on crutches. When it was time me to go, it was pouring down rain, so they even walked me out, carrying an umbrella over my head. They were all extremely friendly and accommodating. That is the finest customer service you will ever find. Not just that, but they explained every step they took from beginning to end. They explained what they were doing, why they were doing it, what the images meant, and even found frames for me that fit my face. Thank you! Each and every one of you, for such a great experience today! I would rate you TEN stars if I could!

Jessica is so very helpful. She goes above and beyond to make sure the clients receive the best care and the best in lenses and frames, ensuring that the client will look and feel their best and their vision is top notch. I can't say enough about her. She's the best!

I am recently having some age related issues with my eys. Dr. De Gregory answered all my questions and explained my issues in detail I could understand and suggested glasses to solve situation. I am very happy with my care.

Love seeing Dr Obenauf every time. She's very thorough and knowledgeable and takes her time to make sure I feel comfortable with how I'm seeing. She helped me clear up my dry eye and allergy eye problems. The other staff, from the front desk to the optician, to the manager, are all very kind and helpful.

Dr. Obenauf-DiGregory and the staff are excellent. She takes the time to explain everything to me to ensure my prescription is correct and my eyes are healthy. Reagan took great care of me while conducting all of these eye tests and Jessica was awesome while helping me get a new pair of prescription sunglasses.

Receptionist is loud and defensive at the Eye Doctor was eating as I was leaving up by the checkout desk and gave me a dirty look because I mistook her for an assistant.And the other eye dr came in with wife & his three girls with him picking several out glasses for them, he acted like he owned the place . Other man was talking loud that he wasn't satisfied with his new glasses on a Saturday no less .On Lantern Road in Fishers
