Sophie and Avery were also very kind at check in and during the testing. Taylor was great helping me pick out stylish glasses that fit all my needs! I have been a customer at RevolutionEYES in Carmel, IN since 2020, and until this experience I was satisfied with their quality and service. I purchased glasses with progressive lenses and paid about $900 after my insurance benefits, including the frame. However, after about a year I realized that I could no longer see things clearly at close distance. I was confused because I believed I had progressive lenses and trusted the team and their quality of work. When I returned and saw another doctor at RevolutionEYES, I was told that the lenses in my glasses were actually single-vision lenses, not progressive lenses. I had been wearing them for a year believing they were progressive. What disappointed me most was that there was no apology or accountability for this mistake. Instead, I was told that if I purchased new lenses, they would offer their "highest quality progressive lenses" while charging only the price of normal progressive lenses. This conversation was whispered because other customers were nearby, which made the situation feel uncomfortable and as if they wanted to hide the mistake rather than address it openly. In the end, I paid again to replace the lenses, even though the issue was not my mistake. I did not want to argue at the time, but the overall experience was very unpleasant and disappointing. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but when customers are paying this much for eyewear, there should be professionalism, transparency, and responsibility when something goes wrong. I also don't understand how the technician did not verify such a basic detail when delivering the completed glasses and fitting the frame. If you are a first-time progressive lens user, I strongly recommend confirming that you actually received the correct lenses. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will not be returning.

We took our 5-year-old to little eyes and saw Dr. Kennedy Neukam Penny. It was an absolutely wonderful experience for our child and us! With that visit I received a coupon for a free exam at Revolution Eyes! I also saw Dr. Kennedy! Amazing customer service and Dr. Kennedy really cares about her patients! I would absolutely recommend Revolution Eyes and Little Eyes to any person or family looking for amazing eye care! My only suggestion is a bigger selection of frames that also accommodate a lower price point for your clients!

Dr. Iddins is truly the best! And her assistant Alli was just as great. I highly recommend them. It's hard to find a good eye doctor and this place is the best!

Mary helped me pick out my frames and was so patient and knowledgeable--she made it fun and easy to find the perfect pair. The entire team was welcoming, attentive, and clearly dedicated to providing top-notch care. The office is modern, clean, and inviting, which only added to the great experience. I can't recommend Revolution Eyes enough for anyone looking for exceptional eye care and service!

Hands down one the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I called to set up an appointment for my daughter but unfortunately Revolution Eyes did not take her insurance. Instead of sending me on my way Alli took the time to find another practice that would take her insurance and gave me their information. Thank you so much Alli! Wonderful experience!
