The staff and the doctor is always great. She took an extra step to order some trial lenses for contacts that I want to try and explained thoroughly what was going on with my eyes. The staff is always so nice to myself and my kids. I now do not go anywhere else for my appointments due to how wonderful the experience is, every time.

I am so pleased with the exceptional care I received during my recent visit. The entire experience was remarkably smooth and efficient. Every staff member I encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful. I truly felt well-attended to throughout the appointment. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking outstanding eye care.

Very convenient to schedule my eye exam online and have it done over my lunch break. Pleasantly surprised and impressed with the team of young women that worked there. All friendly and professional plus work well together. Don't have all the new bells and whistles of a private practice but didn't impact the positive experience. Looking forward to getting my new glasses soon!

I will NEVER return to any Visionworks location. My appointment was at 4:15pm, I thought it was at 4:30pm. I showed up at 4:30pm, the location closes at 7:00pm. The receptionist said I'm late and I'm the last appointment and it will inconvenience her to fit me in. Great! I'm going elsewhere for all my vision needs, my insurance is taken by LOTS of other places! ETA: It also would've been nice to receive a phone call "Hey, are you still coming to your appointment?". Abysmal customer service. Why would I reschedule when I'm already there? The audacity.

I would highly recommend VisionWorks to anyone in need of glasses or contacts. The eye doctors are always knowledgeable and willing to answer any concerns I might have. The staff is always pleasant and willing to make sure I am completely satisfied. I live over an hour away from Fishers and drive to have my exams here at this store. That says something right there!

Please save yourself time and frustration and go elsewhere. Dr. Chang was super kind - that was the only positive about this whole experience. They placed an order for my contacts in late July to be shipped to my home. Said it would take 4-6 weeks. September came I hadn't received them. I called, they said "oh looks like the order was lost in the mail, we will have to reorder them and have them sent to the office where you can come get them. Wait another 2 weeks." Never heard from them. Call again in 2 weeks... "oh we forgot to place the order. We got our managers approval but looks like it wasn't placed. It'll be 2 weeks." Third time I call back in 2 weeks, it was still not placed. The fourth time I called was my last straw. She again told me the order was never placed and it was a miscommunication. After a long talk she assured me the order would be placed and it would take a couple weeks but they would send me a text when they came in. I should've just taken the refund at that point... Keep in mind this is now November and I still don't have my contacts. I just got a call from them a week after that last reassurance saying, surprise, they can't reorder them after all. Since they were lost by UPS I'd have to take it up with them... or get a refund. Absolutely the worst costumer service experience. I have now paid for, waited and wasted 4 months for nothing. Being blatantly lied to by staff and just being put off over and over. Never had anything like it happen before. Truly unreal. Please save yourself time, money, and sanity and go anywhere else. They do not care.

From the beginning with making a same day emergency appointment to seeing Dr. Cheng, my services were superstar status! Absolutely amazing, thorough, patient driven exceptional services. Thanks three thousand times! I'm grateful!

I had an awesome experience yesterday with Brittany and Aaliyah. They were awesome so was the doctor. Everything went pretty well pretty quick and I was in and out like I wanted they're very sweet very nice and very helpful people I loved it. I will always go back.
