Eyemart Express

This is the first time I've used an Eyemart Express and I was very pleased. The staff was very helpful and pleasant to work with. I had a tough time finding frames I liked so I ended up getting youth frames since they fit my face better. The frames seem to be good quality and so far I am happy with them. The person I worked with to order my glasses was very knowledgeable and explained the pricing so it was easy to understand. I ended up paying a little more than planned but I got a warranty on the lenses which I believe was worth the extra money. When I went back to pick up my glasses the person who adjusted the glasses did a good job also. I would definitely go back again and highly recommend them for glasses.

Had an excellent experience here. The Dr was very professional and did a good job explaining what was necessary and what wasn't. The glasses I got are comfortable and well made. Overall very happy with this store. The only critique is they could have a wider selection of men's designer frames.

Doctor was so nice in explaining everything and that lady who helped me my glasses was awesome, and welcoming with helping me with adding the extra stuff I need for my main glasses. She also helped with my second pair that I was able to get same day!! I have pretty bad vision and have never been able to get a pair of glasses same day, highly recommend and I'll be back to get my sunglasses as well

I originally went to Eyeglass World where my teenager picked out a couple pairs of glasses. When we went to sit down to purchase, an extremely rude employee told us we cannot purchase the frames because they're men's frames and her pupils were too small. I told her that she's already wearing men's RayBans because larger frames fit her better and that Midwest did it in August. She said I don't know how but it can't be done. I said well it has been done as she's proof and I guess we'll go somewhere ride then. She very rudely said K. She was so rude from the get go. I took photos of the numbers on/of the glasses to try and find online but stopped into Optometrist Eyemart to see their selection first. From the moment we walked in we felt so welcome. The women working there was so sweet and accommodating. And to our surprise we found one of the same exact frames from EW here. Numbers and photos matched up yet this pair was in the woman's section. They had her new glasses ready in under an hour. 11 minutes to be exact and my child has an extreme prescription. So go here! They have great prices and friendly staff. EW are rude and lazy.

Malinda is excellent at her job. She really goes out of her way to make sure your glasses are a perfect fit. The guys in the lab are excellent at preparing your lenses perfectly to your specifications. And to top it all off this amazing service took less the 40 minute. That's correct two pair of trifocals and out the door in less than 40 minutes. And for further comparison I went to Stanton Optical first and purchased two pair of glasses . Waited 14 days and couldn't see as good as my old ones. They reordered two more sets of lenses and repositioned the trifocals. Waited 14 more days . This set was better but still had the prescription wrong, one eye was blurry. So after nearly 30 days I asked for my money back. I was not reimbursed for the eye exam just the glasses. Then I went to Eyemart Express for a new exam which ended up being different prescription then Stanton optical. Ended up purchasing two pair from Eyemart Express for less money then Stanton Optical and I can see better then ever. Kudos Eyemart express and Melinda for putting an emphasis on " Service " in the word Customer Service. Sincerely, Christopher Santor

Ok so I definitely didn't have a good experience here, I wanted to because there selection wasn't bad, but the first time I went for my eye exam the lady in the back tried to tell me we didn't have ins. Though we did and I even made sure to call ahead of my appointment and they said yes your good to go we take your ins. So that was a mess but they seemed to figure it out. Then after picking out my glasses the lady who said she was the manager fit my glasses to check out. I had to remind her to measure my pupils, because she seemed like she was trying to rush me out. When I came back to pick up my frames the prescription didn't seem right, and the dr. Told me my prescription hadn't changed at all, so I had the lady check my old prescription against the new one, and in fact they were different, but she just kept telling me to take them for a few days and try them and in my head I thought they were so off that I couldn't do that so I said I can't do that because the doctor told me my prescription didn't change at all so she just kept telling me to take them and leave and I couldn't do that so she told me to hold on. She went and got the manager. The manager tried telling me the same thing and I looked at her and said I just want a refund so she told me to come over to her desk, all I said to her was would you be happy if you were told one thing and you paid for something completely different and kept being told to just take them and try them out. She said in fact, I would be I would be more understanding but I could tell from the moment you walked in here, you're not that kind of person. She was very rude. She said all of this in front of my daughter and the other customers in the store. I asked her for the corporate number , she would not give it to me she told me that since she was giving me a refund I am no longer her Customer in her store. I have never been so humiliated and treated so poorly by a place of business I will never go back to you again. She never offered to fix them or try to take me over to her desk to adjust them or anything. I'm very surprised somebody like this is a manager because I feel like someone in management should be more composed and be able to keep their composure in a situation and in fact, she was very rude and belittled me in a place of business. I guess this is customer service now I don't know

Started at a new eye doctor and was si.ple blown away with the knowledge and kindness i was mwt with. Dr. K was so sweet and knowledgeable. He made sure i understood everything going on and answered all my questions. Haylie out in the optical shop went above any beyond for us yesterday. She is such a special employee to have. My glasses were done same day, and when I brought my kids back, she was so helpful and knowledgeable as well. She helped us take old lenses out of old frames and made my son's week! He has not stopped smiling since & i simply cannot thank her and the team i met enough.

I live in Florida and always wait till I come back to Fort Wayne to visit to get my glasses at Eyemart. The selection is fantastic and prices are great....then you use the coupons and save more. The girls that help you are awesome. They know the ins and outs of correctly fitting the glasses and will not stop until all adjustments are correct. If you still have problems they will work at it until everything is perfect. Couldn't be happier with the service I receive everytime Im there.
