Vision Care Ophthalmology - Twin Creeks Drive

Dr. Megan Delis has been wonderful! My appointments were very efficient without feeling rushed. She took the time to discuss details and explain what next steps she recommends. Would recommend Dr. Delis highly! I've reached Rhonda on phones multiple times and she was wonderful as well!

This was my first visit. Overall, I was happy with the experience. The staff was friendly and explained what the purpose was of each test and what to expect during the test or exam. The only negative experience was the long wait time after the initial exam before the last exam/test, about 45 minutes. So far, I am glad I chose VCO.

Absolutely terrible service so far! Vision Care Ophthalogy in Ft Wayne, Indiana. 0/10 would not recommend My bf and I had eye exams on 1/15/25 at the Twin Creeks office. We saw 3 different people during the appointment bc they run you through like cattle. Fast forward two weeks. We go to pick up our new glasses yesterday (2/3/26). Both glasses have totally wrong prescriptions in them. My 3 year old glasses were 150, new ones were 25. Not sure about my boyfriend's numbers, but both blurry and useless. OK, mistakes happen. They recommend a second exam at no charge at their Lake office. Twin Creeks keeps the new useless glasses. We get an appointment for today (2/4/26) at Lake. We show up to Lake to be told they can't do the exam bc we don't have the new useless glasses with us. We have to go back to Twin Creeks. They want us to schedule a new appointment. Meanwhile we're waiting to hear back from our insurance company (both VSP) about going somewhere else and still having benefits and coverage. So far we can get a second opinion exam covered but waiting about reimbursement for what we paid for new frames. Giant headache, waste of time, and money. My insurance rep called and left them a message bc they didn't answer the phone. Mind you this call happened within minutes of me leaving and there were 2 other patients in the waiting room and a few receptionists working so no reason they couldn't answer the phone. Just sounds unprofessional all around. Guess I'll have to call my insurance rep again tomorrow and let her know the chances of them calling her back are slim to none. Only gave them 1 star bc I don't think I could give them 0.

The young man that worked with me is going to go far with your company when I come back next year I would like have him again. Everyone that works are so professional and nice to talk with and the Doctor is extremely good what she does.

Great job as always! They can address so many eye problems. They have their own surgery center in the same building. In addition to excellent ophthalmologists they have really excellent dry eye docs that offer treatments that many people drive out of state to get. If you suffer from Sjogrens or dry eyes, this is the place to go!!!!

Dr. Schroeder and her staff were thoroughly professional and friendly. They answered all of my questions in detail and performed additional diagnostic tests to thoroughly review my problem. I was assured that I was receiving top-notch care from physicians at the NE Indiana VA Health Care Center.

Dr. Krafsig and her team are awesome! They were very organized, polite & professional! I would highly recommended to any family or friends! Great experience overall. It's comforting to have confidence in her care. Thank you so much for taking your time and explaining everything to me.

The staff are always very friendly and helpful. Dr. Krafsig is very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. She is delightful and her smile is genuine. She makes you feel like she really cares.
