I had a good experince with Dr. Terry, and Emily. They were friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Everything ran smoothly! It definently made my day a little better:)

I went in for cataract surgery. Treated quite well by all of the staff. It was a bit of a wait but that was expected. It is surgery after all. Before the surgery I became quite claustrophobic bordering on having a panic attack. I informed them and they immediately came over to talk me down a bit and to loosen my restrictions somewhat. Started the IV and surgery went off without a hitch. Two weeks later I go back in for my other eye. At this point I'm already a bit panicky as I didn't want to embarrass myself. I talked to the person who administered the eye drops and explained my fear. She said that she was also claustrophobic and she made a note on my chart. This time they waited to completely confine me, started a bit of the anesthesia early and there was no problem at all. I just want to mention that although they could have been irritated with having to change their routines and make a few concessions for my comfort they never made me feel like a burden. Bright, cheerful and understanding. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a great quality of care. My eyes, while not 20/20 are better than they have been since my teens!

They need to review how they schedule my husband and I were there for over two and half hours before being seen. I am not blaming the staff or the doctors, but something needs to change or we are going to look elsewhere and we really do not want to leave our doctor, but the scheduling is awful and I'm not saying its the ladies up front, it may just be adjustments in your scheduling program. Also Communication helps!

Although the staff does a great job they overbooked patience every day. My wife and I spent 7 hours there for lens replacement surgery. I have been going there for over 10 years and the wait time has never improved. It was pretty hard for my wife to go without water or food for that length of time.

Be very cautious! I went for an annual diabetes and cataract screening. They charged me for a contact fitting and prescription which I never received. The billing department will do nothing but tell you you have to pay. No help will be available. Save yourself an unexpected bill and go somewhere else.

My cataract surgery experience was severely, horribly painful because I have arthritis and it's very painful to lie completely flat on the gurney. It was torture. Here's a simple solution to that problem : Get A Dentist Chair. The surgeon was wonderful and the surgery was painless. This establishment needs to learn how to accommodate the patients.

I went in for a consultation that went well. I was happy to have answers after being to six different doctors. Everything went well until surgery day. I went to check in at the surgery center. The receptionist was incredibly rude. She laughed at me when I told her I was there for surgery. I asked what she found so amusing. She told me I was to young to be there. Okay well I'm here check in. She told me I wasn't in the schedule and to go check in on the doctor side. Weird but okay. I go over to the doctor side I'm not scheduled. I took the day off work and lost income and drove an hour to my appointment for them to tell me I wasn't scheduled until the fifteenth. I show them my appointment paper which clearly says the first. They "tried" to squeeze me in, which of course they couldn't. So now because of their mistake I have to take another day off work and inconvenience myself by driving an hour there and back AGAIN. Honestly if I could change my surgery to somewhere else I would because of how I was treated yesterday. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
