VisionQuest Eyecare - Greenwood

I couldn't recommend Vision Quest more. 11/10. I have been going to the eye doctor for 30 years and this has HANDS DOWN been the best experience I've ever had. Dr. Hess was incredible - so kind, very knowledgeable, great with my young kiddos, and very clear with her communication. The office itself was THE cleanest and most organized (this is a big deal to me). If you can work with Jen after you've seen the doctor, you'll be blessed by her. She has fashion and knowledge in the bag and she was also very upfront about communicating our benefits so there was no surprise number when we went to pay. She was kind, funny and SO SO helpful. She was respectful and an absolute joy to work with. Even my kiddos, who experienced the eye doctor for the first time, really enjoyed her helping them to find the perfect pair of glasses. We didn't feel rushed or like we were an inconvenience, but on the contrary - it felt like we were the only people in the store and she was willing to help us until we were 100% satisfied. I never leave reviews, let alone long reviews, but if you're looking for an incredible eye experience, you will be so pleased choosing Vision Quest Eye Care.

This was my initial visit at Vision Quest. Everyone was very welcoming and efficient. The assistant that walked me thru the preliminary work up was very efficient and made me feel most appreciated. Dr. Browning was most knowledgeable and had a lot of insight to my eye issues. This is by far the best and most encompassing eye exam that I have ever experienced. Jaden was so helpful to select and manage my new eyeglass purchase.i give everyone kudos for their help!

Today was the first time I had been toVisionQuest. I walked in and was immediately greeted, and soon after taken back for my eye exam. To me all of their examination machines look to be top notch! I felt like I received a thorough exam. I was helped by a sweet lady named Jen who made the eyeglass purchase absolutely seamless everything from helping me pick out what frames looked best because I'll be honest, I'm not a stylish kind of person. I just wear what I wear. But Jen was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and even caught on when my husband said that he liked a certain frame i was trying on, but she could tell that there was something he didn't like therefore causing him to say, "Well, yeah, I don't really like....." So we moved on! I mean, he's the one that looks at me every day so his opinion matters too! After my husband's cataract surgery next week, we will be coming back to get him a new pair of glasses!

Dr. Rankin and all of the staff at this location are fantastic. The doctor made me feel extremely comfortable during my appointment. She was able to explain everything to me in terms I understood which left me feeling confident about my vision health. This is an amazing location and an amazing team - I highly recommend selecting them for your vision care.

The doctors and staff were super friendly. Helpful in explaining everything that you would be going through for an eye exam. The process to pick out glasses was super easy and fun. I had a great experience. Thank you!

Not a good choice for anyone with astigmatism. They did not get my prescription right and when I tried to get it corrected, the doctor acted baffled by classic symptoms of improperly corrected astigmatism (i.e. monocular diplopia, starburst effects around lights, curved appearance of straight lines, worsening of symptoms in low light conditions) and could not work out how to correct it. He tried to improperly prescribe eye drops to shrink my pupils (which I suppose would minimize the effects of astigmatism) but I went there for eye glasses that should be able to do that without the potential side effects and decreased visual acuity that would be expected from the drops. It was unclear whether he was truly incompetent or just trying to gaslight me into accepting expensive glasses with an inaccurate prescription. I will now have to pay out of pocket to get an exam somewhere else with competent doctors.

Highly recommend this location! Extremely efficient, great ambience, state of the art technology, very friendly/personable staff and Dr (Rush), and easy to schedule appointments! Will come back for any needs in the future! Cannot recommend highly enough! Never knew what I was missing after going to Eye Glass World for anything eye-related in the past...this place blew me away! Lana was a gem as well!!

I've been a patient since I was 16 and saw Dr. Null out east in Indy. I'm now 41 and continue to go. I love their advanced technology and the way they care. I don't know why but eye exams give me anxiety but I'm always comforted. Highly recommend! Great staff every single time!
